非常有特色的民宿，裝修很好，有簡單娛樂設施，有泳池，適合夏季入住。淋浴及洗手間是公用的，但還算乾淨。交通一般，周圍沒有太多餐廳及娛樂的地方。

Has everything you need. Conveniently located. Price is very reasonable. Friendly staff. Utensils and stuff are very organized.
Room is a bit dusty. Spa water a bit
murky. Cobwebs on the ceiling of entertainment area. Ran out of toilet paper..sorry to mention but needed for improvement...overall lovely and enjoyed our stay.Would recommend.

Quick overnight stay but made to feel at home from the hosts, Matt and his partner. Big lovely home, quality rooms, well organised and friendly atmosphere. Would have stayed longer if I had the time. Absolutely recommend👌

We had the best stay at ocean reef home stay! They had everything we needed and so much more, including free breakfast, a jacuzzi, pool table/games, a bbq, a pizza oven and so much more. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. It was such a relaxing stay and would highly recommend to any age group!

I had a very enjoyable 3-night stay. Kyle & Jodi are excellent hosts and provide 1st-class home accommodations. The property is superbly maintained. The photos don't do it justice. There is a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, an amazing indoor theater room and the outdoor living space is wonderful. Conveniently located near Hillarys and Mullaloo, I could see the ocean from my 1st floor room.

Stayed here for 2 great weeks Kyle and Jodie are great helpful when needed they always have a happy vibe about them cool Hosts. The rooms are clean and as it quotes on website its so cool I recommend you stay here. We stayed with brother in law his girlfriend and child all of us recommend this home stay.

Great staying here for extended and longer holidays in Perth. Great well maintained facilities; spa, pool, cinema room and gym. Convenient location is central to most of the places you might want to go and not too far from the city and other town centres.

Kyle and Jodie are the definition of hospitable. Genuinely amazing people and business owners who deliver service from the heart. They own an amazing property with all the bells and whistle, with plenty more literally by a push of a bell. We loved our stay my kids had a ball. See you guys again soon.
