My family and I were down for a cheer competition. Check in was quick and easy! The room was really clean and comfy. The front desk staff was extremely nice and provided us with anything we needed. Breakfast was great! Not to mention the hotel was walking distance from the classic center so it was easy access to our event. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back that way!

The roof top bar staff were excellent- Sam was exceptional. We attempted to obtain an early check in , the employees was abrupt we explained we had to go to an event and weee

The HyattPlace in Athens is a special place, and makes guests feel special, too. From their guest welcome on game weekends with the best snacks to take to your room to their easy checkout process, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside of sharing this great experience is that there will be increased competition to book a room for UGA home games.

Pros: Wonderful staff who are friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Excellent Location
Needs Improvement: Water pressure and shower head. Elevator to/from the parking garage takes a long time because it’s the only elevator and is shared with the bar. Have to take two elevators to get to your room from the garage.

Excellent hotel with terrific staff. The breakfast was a delicious full meal and there were many servers to help guests and keep the area clean. The staff members were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. This was the most pleasant hotel experience we have had since before covid!
The rooms were immaculate and well laid out.

Where do o even start! Excellent hotel, amazing rooms, clean beautiful and confortable! The included breakfast was great too, like a full blown breakfast buffet! We loved staying and plan on staying here every single time we visit Athens to visit family! Highly recommend!!

If you go to the trouble to have a roof top bar please have bartenders that have the wherewithal to atleast look up how to make the drinks they have no clue about especially if you are charging $15 a pop.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Charlotte and it was so much nicer than this location. The staff wasn't the friendliest either. Its in walking distance of the college so its an easy choice if you are just visiting for an event.

This hotel was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Several dining options within walking distance.There is free breakfast with a great variety of food options, and it was delicious! Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Athens!
