Game day rates in a college town are expected to be astronomical, and the only reason I booked this is because it did not require a 2 night stay. Otherwise, price was in line with newer properties in town and it’s safe to say this property is subpar. Sheets were either dirty or stained - hard to tell. Also ripped. The back of the door was filthy from hands I am sure but nothing a magic eraser couldn’t clean. Much needs to be addressed to fetch the kind of rate we paid to stay at this hotel. Game day or not.

Dude at front desk couldn’t care less about the job or helping me..watched me walk around aimlessly to find how to get to my room and provided me no info on anything at desk without me questioning.

The front staff lied to us and said our king room I booked was changed by reservation and there was none I had to call you all and it took an hour to get it fixed they had a king room after all

Looks like a newer building grafted onto an old hotel. The old part is decently renovated/maintained, but housecleaning is cursory: an unswept floor, for example. The super-slippery bathtubs badly need a handrail.
But the literal bad taste in my mouth is from the nearly inedible breakfast. Heating units are obviously inadequate - everything was room temperature, even the eggs.

There was a major upgrading during the time we staid at the Hotel but we could not feel any restriction to our mobility. The room we staid in was perfect and the breakfast was as good as always.
We love to come back as soon as we will be back in Athens.

We had stains and hair on our comforter, night stand had something all over it after wiping it down with a white wash cloth it was brown . Sink stopped up when using it . Not happy with paying the price versus the condition of the room .
