For UGA visitors, this is hard to beat being located on campus. Clean. Good facilities.

There were some spots on the wall that had spackle. We had asked for something and it took them an hour to deliver it. Other than that, the stay was fine. A tiny room and hardwood floors made everything echo.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay there enjoyable. The breakfast was great and it was only a short distance to see the Gymdogs perform. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

My stay was good! Our room stayed cold. We were told that something was wrong with the heat. That is way "Comfort" only received an average rating. The staff was excellent:super nice, friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely stay again, and recommend this hotel to anyone else.

My stay at the UGA Continuing Edu Center and Hotel was much more than i expected. The staff is what made the difference. They were very friendly and had a welcoming spirit. My traveling companions were very complimentary of the staff and facility. This was our first stay at this hotel. I did not know about the shuttle service. It was raining when we arrived. The staff came out in the rain to help unload our luggage. We did not have to ask them to do it. They answered all my questions with a smile. We really felt welcome. Our conference was at another location and we were not able to get a room at the host hotel. We were all glad that we stayed at UGA. Good customer service and room cleanliness of the room for me is what counts. Good food and an affordable meal. You exceeded my goal.

It was great! Check-in was fast and easy, breakfast each morning was good and I loved the free weekend parking. It was also a great location, only 7 minutes away from my business meetings. I also loved having a frig and microwave in my room.

The property was very clean and well decorated. Mackenzie was great. She volunteered and insisted on taking my bags upstairs. She was very nice and informative. She also helped my put my breakfast in the car the day of checkout. Please give her kudos for a great job and excellent customer service. On the other hand, there was a guy at the desk during my checkout that assisted me with the garment cart. He seen me struggling with the cart and he did not offer to push it to my car and help load my bags. It was just me so I didn't have anyone with me. As a man and attendee I left like he could have should better customer service. But overall the stay was great!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The food at the Bulldog Bistro was fantastic.

Staff is super attentive. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. My favorite place to stay when in Athens.
