Window shade do not pull down so we had light in our window at night. Call maintenance and they could do nothing about it…just said “sorry “. Outside our room was condensing units for other areas AC units that clicked on and off all night. Front desk staff was not helpful or friendly.

The property is well located for The Classic Center. Great location for downtown shopping, eating and drinking. However, the homeless people are too pushey. My family and I were approached by the same people more than once. One was roaming the parking deck of the hotel and another was asleep in the stairwell of the parking deck. This is not safe for women and children.

People who worked there are great. Hotel charged extra for parking. Breakfast did not come with the room and was expensive. Don’t mind paying but should be included in the price. Not what I would expect from a higher priced, nationally recognized hotel chain.

Great location to Athens area.
I did not like the added parking fee - just include it in the price.
I did not like that they did not provide guests with a bottled water and it did not include any sort of continental breakfast at all.

The hotel itself was very clean and the front desk staff/maintenance/custodial staff were all very welcoming, but the restaurant staff were not welcoming. I even heard them talking negatively about the conference members while I was staying there.

The elevator was not working. We were ok since we didn’t have much baggage but I noticed several people struggling with getting luggage up stairs and managing there small kids at the same time
