Didnt like water pressure it was.terrible never could get tub to fill. The foodservice was terrible screwed up our order charged for stuff we didnt order and the taste was terrible. I.plainly.told them 2 of us charged for 3. 3 pies and 2 fries ordered 2 pies and 1 fry...no chicken on my salad....it was.terrible. the fries wrre.from the day before. We will stay at Mariott next door from now on. Wr never had these problems and its less expensive. And your gift shop was closed....and bars dont open until late..

For the price of this hotel.. the evening shift Customer Service Representatives were very unfriendly, had an attitude, never even smiled at myself or my guest. We had to call housekeeping to clean our bathroom. (room 714) Our experience and expectations of this hotel is very overrated. I don’t think we’ll be back.

Convenient location for convention center. Clean and lovely room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Discovered the Gilded Acorn down the street that has the most delicious French pastries. We ate at Bob’s chophouse on site, delicious prime rib and service. Had lunch at the seltzer’s, my daughter and I shared the club sandwich and still couldn’t finish it all. Tasty coffee in room. We would stay again.

Probably one of if not the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful rooms! Bathroom super clean and LOVE the showers!! Bed was really comfortable and pillows super soft just like I prefer mine. Will definitely be staying here again. Only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the self parking and no way to get inside from any side doors with lots of bags to carry inside. Not a huge issue just a bit tiring after a long drive. Still 10/10!!!

No on property parking, even if you use valet the cars are parked next door and they forced valet parking and was told I couldn’t park myself and later realized they lied to me on 3 different occasions when I asked other members of the valet staff and front desk.

We stayed at the Omni for over a birthday weekend and they were so accommodating! I requested that a Happy Birthday little paper sign or something small be left in the room and they sent up a beautiful chocolate dessert with tiny macaroons and pretzels. They also were able to accommodate having a crib in our room for our 4 month old. Every interaction with a staff member was pleasant and positive. It was clean and a beautiful property. Our only issue that came up was our neighbor played their tv all night on the first night of our stay. That was irritating but certainly not the property’s fault.

I was overcharged grossly at the pool, the waitress said she removed the mistake, but still ended up on my bill. I've asked multiple times, even submitted email requests to their portfolio team with no response. A couple we met at the pool had mentioned the same thing happened to them the week before.
