佩特拉希格麗塔溫泉度假飯店(Petra Segreta Resort & Spa)

My husband and I stayed at the resort for a week. It is a magical place and the views are jaw dropping. I would like to highlight the following staff members: Franco is knowledgeable and passionate about Sardinian history and culture. We took his recommendations and they did not disappoint. Barbara went beyond her call of duty to help us with an issue unrelated to the resort. Rosalia gave us the best massages, especially the face massage, my skin still looks great. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her craft and exudes positive energy. Paulo took us on a boat excursion on Ginger II and it was an experience that we’ll never forget. He is friendly and lots of fun.

I am writing directly to you as I felt it very important to share our recent experience at one of the Relais and Chateaux/Michelin guide hotel resorts. It is with sadness that I find myself writing to you but do it in the hope that this is seen as constructive criticism to improve what is on offer in that establishment. “Apathetic desire for attention to detail. Style over substance!” I acknowledge that what is written is a personal account based on personal observations and experiences. I felt it important to share them given that the hotel holds itself in such a prestigious position of being categorised as a five star hotel and worthy of inclusion in the Michelin guide. I have never stayed in a resort quite like this. Sadly though not for particularly positive comments or critique. 5 night stay in a Sardinian hilltop hamlet - 27 rooms including 3 suites. Idyllic spot, perfect sunsets, stunning views surrounding with the backdrop of vivid mountains. Very close to San Pantaleo, a really beautiful, buzzing little village. A 6 min car journey and 35 minute walk. We enjoyed several evenings at the bars and restaurants here. Arrival Reception staff provided us with a pleasant enough welcome on arrival. Porter attended to luggage and placed in the room. We were offered a small glass of Prosecco, which was much appreciated. We were shown to our room, glancing over the pool area and breakfast room Evening meal on the terraza Concept of sharing starters/main course only option. Food nice, but little for the vegetarian palate, leaving one guest satisfied and one underwhelmed. An elevated price overall , but not unexpected. Eye watering and expensive wine. I am a seasoned traveller and experienced restaurant hotel guest. Yet the mark up on the wines was extraordinary. Breakfast Average at best. Constantly having to ask for glasses, orange juice, fresh fruit. On one morning it was even questioned as to why I wished for more white bread. The replacement of these items are basic and fundamental to any breakfast service, let alone in a five star resort. It shouldn’t ever require guests to advise what needed replacing. Why would you not use the outside tables and make the most of the wonderful views in favour of the offer of inside tables and patio doors closed over?! I have considered this over and over and cannot come up with a fathomable excuse. Especially given they were unable to accommodate all guests arriving on our last day due to everyone arriving at a similar time. As such pushing them into a so called overflow area in the daytime restaurant. How to make guests feel unwelcome. Italian guest on phone at breakfast was simply rude. Clearly lacking in manners and etiquette himself. It would be courteous to other guests if a blanket rule of no phones was applied to the restaurant areas. It is a private and tranquil space, guests enjoying their holidays. We should not be subjected to hearing the trivialities of others. Room Welcoming lett

Ambiente molto piacevole, la terrazza offre un panorama bellissimo, ero andata qualche tempo fa al fuoco sacro ( dove siamo stati molto bene) . Non ho apprezzato particolarmente il menù della sera in cui sono stata…cambia tute le settimane, forse sono capitata nella settimana sbagliata: non mi è piaciuto praticamente nulla. Servizio improbabile e menù sconfusionato. Il tutto non all’altezza del conto e neanche lontanamente vicino al nostro ricordo. Peccato.

Hotel muito silencioso, bom para quem gosta de ler um livro da piscina. Fica distante das praias. Próximo à cidade tem o centro de San Pataleo que é muito agradável e um charme à parte. Próximo também tem Porto Cervo com suas lojas luxuosas.

Somptueux boutique hôtel dans un magnifique paysage rocailleux offrant une vue impressionnante. Les villas avec piscine privée sont luxueuses sans extravagances inutiles. Accueil et service remarquables tout comme la qualité de la cuisine axée sur les produits locaux. Possibilité de louer pour la journée ou la demi-journée un confortable yacht pour explorer la côte sarde où les îles. Belle qualité de soins au spa. Une vraie cachette romantique !

Sono stato al Petra con la mia fidanzata per il weekend di Pasqua per la seconda volta in due anni. Ho trovato una accoglienza sempre calorosa, premurosa ma discreta. Ottimo lo staff giovane e professionale sia del resort che del Fuoco Sacro da poco tempo in stella Michelin e così’ la cucina del giovane ma superlativo chef Alessandro. Gradevole e signorile la presenza e l’accoglienza dell’hotel manager Signor Mereu. San Pantaleo rifiorisce con la primavera e il Petra e’ realmente una pietra preziosa più che mai. Ritorneremo in estate sicuramente.

Hôtel et restaurant exceptionnel dans tous les domaines. Charme fou, Cuisine hors normes, courtoisie respectée, calme total, confort maximal. un endroit à ne pas louper en Sardaigne. Un grand Grazie à vous !

It was our second visit to this beautiful Sardinian hideaway We first visited in September 2019. We thought it could not get any better, but it did. We were given such an incredibly beautiful brand new room with a pool and a breathtaking view that we could wake up to every morning Although we only stayed 3 days It felt like longer as this is a place that you can instant unwind and switch off from the world. Being a hotelier myself I understand the every day challenges, but although it was only day 3 of the new season and literally the hotel has just reopened, the professionalism shined through and the team were all smiling and really glad to welcome us back So Vincenzo and team , all i can say is a massive thankyou from the bottom of our hearts, we will recommend you to others and return in a heartbeat . You’re all absolutely wonderful, and look forward to returning hopefully in the not too distant future.

Unique property with lovely view from the main reception/dining area. Dinner was good, not great in the casual dining area, not the Michelin rated restaurant which we did not try. Waiter was very friendly. Check in was relaxed and easy. Prosecco was served with a nice view which was nice after a long trip from New York. Other staff was helpful, some friendlier than others but all professional. The room was perhaps the smallest type on property but comfortable. The shower was a bit difficult to get to the right temperature but otherwise ok, not exactly 5 star but everything else was close to if not 5 star. No reason not to return if we make it back to the area but I would probably reserve a deluxe room with a king bed next time. I thought I did but apparently I did not.
