The room was clean but lack a microwave and lotion. The room also echos. They could have made the room bigger would be great. The noise from the cars outside you can hear tremendously. They should make these hotels sound proof so you can sleep soundly without interruption.

Always a great room. Quiet and clean in a great location as well.

I was very disappointed with check in because the clerk asked for my card twice and I was under the impression that the first time was for incidentals. I asked him what was first charge and he really didn't respond and I asked again. He stated it was the charge for the room which had already been paid for prior to my arrival. He wasn't paying attention to his screen I am wating for my refund. However I have no complaints about the room.

My stay was very relaxing and comfortable. I had booked a 1 King size bed room was upgraded to 2 queen size room. I love the area where the hotel was located. There was no crime, no loud noise outside. Customer Service was great. At night there is limited staff, but they were very helpful. I only have two negative: 1) The toilet height was very low. 2) The wall / lamp charger outlet & USB-C connecter, took a long time to change my phone and devices. It has a low charge output.

Hotel has only 3 floors off a busy street: lots of road noise. Very little noise insulation inside the building: other guests' conversations, TVs, morning alarms -- we heard it all. Best thing about the stay was breakfast: real scrambled eggs & high quality sausage cooked perfectly.

The room smelled fantastic and clean. I went to take a shower and there was some black hair in the corner. My house keeper said she would take care of cleaning the shower and she did. After that incident everything was wonderful. Very comfortable beds, nice staff.

Overall I have nothing bad to say about my stay here at all! The staff was very friendly anytime we needed anything from them, and the room itself was nice and clean! I really like the layout of the room and the fitness center is the best I've seen at a hotel so far. If I ever plan to go back to the D.C. area again, I will definitely stay here!

Everything was great. The problem is, the room service wasn’t. Checked in Saturday, by Friday morning I went to the front desk and asked why my room has never been cleaned. She looked and said oh your due Saturday. What happened to every day? A week later? It was serviced, not cleaned, with cleaned sheets etc. Saturday nothing. Disappointed for a Marriott. I’m on vacation, I want my room cleaned every day!
