奧馬哈市中心萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha Downtown)

The pros of the hotel were the friendly staff and healthy breakfast choices which I appreciate. The rooms were fine- nothing to brag about and nothing to complain about. We happened to be next to someone who has the tv on late (thin walls) but luckily it didn’t keep us up.

Nice place and good staff. Unfortunately the room and hotel had a stale smoke smell. For a non-smoker not the most enjoyable thing.

Had to wait to check in. Seems there was a lobby party that the desk clerk was tied into.

no basic toiletries offered in the room such as lotion or kleenex. also they dont tell you its $10 per night to park in their parking lot. Really in Omaha? its not downtown NYC or LA. Also front doors dont open without being let in due to "security"....sketchy....wont stay here again

the website said they have a shuttle, but there was not a shuttle. That was a little disappointing.

I keep coming back. When you find something that works you stick with it. The a**osphere and comfort of the hotel is amazing. Rooms are awesome and super clean. I really feel like I’m on vacation.

Heater unit in room was noisy, turned off to sleep. Road noise from street, 2 blocks away was surprising and could be addressed with dampening shades or new windows. Front desk agent was very nice, engaging and efficient. Quality of mattress was very poor, and should be replaced. Made- bed quality was poor and not tight to the mattress. Hallways were A revised QA action plan should be implemented soon.
