Clean hotel, but expect to smell Smokey smells in even a non smoking room the smokers in the hotel smoke so much the smells come through the walls.

Service was great. But definitely need more improvement. Also the location is great, with close access to city bus

This place was DISGUSTING!!! We didn't have time to check the room because we got into Omaha late around 8:30p. Dropped our pups off quick. We left to go to the rehab center (Madonna) where my husbands grandma is dying. There was hair in the tub, stuff on the walls, food crust on the blankets. We went with our 5 y/o daughter at 10p to go buy sheets and pillow cases! We did not stay there the second night. The next morning at 8a we were woken up by 2 hispanic males whistling outside of our window painting!! No prior warning! We left the dogs in the room 2nd day and stayed at the rehab w/my husbands grandma overnight. We went back to check on the pups. Front desk didn't acknowledge ANYTHING. They couldn't even gice me an extra trash bag (small). Front desk tood me to cone back on the morning...i cannot believe I wasted my $165 w/onekey. We just stayed there to have somewhere to rest during visiting his grandma while passing. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE at a hotel I have ever had!! If we weren't busy taking care of his grandma I would have handled this immediately. By the way we drove over 9hrs to this hell hole. My husband doesn't complin much but he was WAY over it and PO'd.

Staff is awful. Rude, hard to understand, aggressive & always on their personal phone. They don’t hang up to help, you wait for them to get done. Room was dirty & they did not come to clean it the next day. Dirty, smelly, no amenities, you have a little cabinet that is meant for a microwave & mini fridge but there isn’t one. No coffee maker. No drawers to put anything in. A small “kitchen” table with no chairs to sit at. 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 1 washcloth, 2 tiny bars of soap & Im pretty sure one had been used. Shower was warm for about the time it took to wash your hair, but rest of the shower was cold. Not in the best neighborhood. Super sketchy. Did not feel safe leaving my vehicle in the parking lot. All the entrance doors are propped open where anyone can walk in. Not to mention that windows are boarded up like they are preparing for a monsoon. Left @ 9am to get to our game & when we got back, bed wasn’t made (no biggie) but the 2 tiny trash cans were still full from the night before, towels were not traded out & floors not swept. Called to let him know & he said he would send someone up. Hour later I called back & he mumbled something about in the morning & hung up the phone. We are here for my sons BB tourn & at check in I asked if we got done Saturday could we leave early & get refunded for 1 day. He said he did not know. Asked what the cancellation policy was and he did not know. Checked in Wed, took till Thurs. for manager to inform us of the policy. BAD STAY.

Staff had poor or no english skill.house keeper was very nice and polite and was able to help using pantomiming. Desk staff informed me they ony fill coffee air pot 2x for the day. Pot was empty at 0800 am and he refused to make anothwr pot.

Staff was friendly and nice to not have an additional pet fee but there was a beer can left in the shower which appeared to not have been cleaned recently. Rooms were minimally furnished but we had what we needed. Rooms were not sound proof, our dogs were disturbed by other guests coming and going at all hours.

Decent property, rooms& staff. Parking was easy & convenient. The parking lot looked lively with a lot of light. Also, WiFi worked great. Would definitely stay again.

Was a good location especially if you’re just there for a short trip in/out of town as it’s right next to where you’d go in/out of the freeway. Staff were very lovely, they even let us use their fridge to store our cold items. Location was clean and easy parking
