奧馬哈舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Omaha)

Not sure what cleaning solution is used to wipe down surfaces but it was unbearable and so strong it was nauseating. It reminded me of the horrendous cleaner used during covid. The entire hotel wreaked of it. Most would say at lease you knownthey are cleaning but it was too much!

The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The cozy beds made for a great night’s sleep, and the overall ambiance was inviting. The staff at Horizon Inn went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. Their dedication truly stood out.

My husband and I were here for a short three day stay. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little firm which took a bit to adjust to. Pretty nice pillows and a nice comforter. The TV remote needed batteries. The breakfast is a nice amenity. Nice for the price, Would recommend this hotel.

Not fancy but acceptable. It is conveniently located for our travels. Clean and the bed was quite comfortable. TV reception wasn’t very good however. A little dated perhaps but ok. The staff were willing to assist as expected. Very good place to stay. I would recommend.

The place was functional and met our needs and the amenities were nice. The only issue we had was the tv remote didn't completely work. The breakfast was decent, what you usually expect with cereal, toast, oa**eal, fruit, eggs, sausage, and waffles.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to a sports venue & price. I was so pleasantly surprised! The rooms are spacious, have a fridge/microwave, breakfast had nice offerings of hot/cold food, the Fitness Room was great. The Front Desk staff were friendly, too. I would definitely stay here again.

First of all, the majority of reviews across this site are extremely negative for most properties! After staying at the Comfort Suites Omaha, I can say our experience was inconsistent with most of them. We spent two nights at an expensive hotel downtown, and one night here when the work on our house wasn’t done yet. Based on reviews, I was uncertain- but we had a great experience! Free parking, free hot breakfast, and a heated indoor pool (unlike the ice-cold one at the luxury hotel)- all for under 1/3 of the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the clerk was friendly. I’m not sure what else you’d need?
