Everything was great except for the service...they didn't bother to clean our room but I loved Everything else

The beds were neat, having two bedrooms nice. Hardwood floors(which I usually love) were cold and clinical. Needed a rug desperately. Beds hard as rock. Rooms small and odd, furniture non existent or incomplete. It was all hodgepodge. Tv in one bedroom didn’t work. Handle in shower was broken. A/C in one room only, fan inserted in wall to fix problem but didn’t really work. It was clean, but the small details didn’t feel clean. Mold in the bathroom, hiding in the colorful design in the shower. Staff was accommodating and fine.

We had a few problems when we first checked in, the room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, our phone didn’t work, the smoke detector didn’t have a batteries so it kept beeping, and one of the water spouts had a bag covered over it. We also noticed red liquid( might have been juice) splattered on the shades in the second bedroom, also the bed posts were loose.

I chose this hotel for the room configuration of a queen and king bed in the same room. The pictures of the property online and the ********** rating were good. The property is close to the airport and adjacent to the wedding venue. When we got the room though, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. I have never cleaned a hotel room’s counters, sink and other flat surfaces upon arrival. The walls and trim around doors were not only nicked but were dirty as well. I expected to not have high quality linens and many amenities, but did not expect to find the subpar cleaning job. There was food left in the fridge as well. Staff was nice on check in/out.

Starbucks, In n Out burger, and other stuff are nearby. But the room is small and the bed is shockingly uncomfortable. Worst sleep in years. I literally booked a hotel room across the street for the night before my event without checking out of motel 6, then I came back afterward. Don't stay here if you need to be well rested.

They only clean the room every third day if your visit. We kept running out of towels.the room is horrible, no carpet only hard surface, the bed was very stiff, uncomfortable, and to high up. There was no box spring. The mattress was laid directly on a wood platform. It was constantly sliding off the platform. There is an unadvertised extra 50 dollar fee tacked on at check in to cover them if you smoke in the room. The service was horrible. Some of the staff are very rude. Our toilet would clog up with just one piece of toilet paper. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Find a better hotel
