SpringHill Suites Irvine Lake Forest

This is my second time staying at a Springhill Suites, and I’m glad we chose this hotel. My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Southern Cali. The hotel is clean, modern. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast is an added bonus. My only mild complaint is that there’s only a bathroom mirror in this Cali location. The Florida room had an additional full length mirror. Sharing one mirror with a teenage girl was a nigh**are!!! lol

I loved everything about this location. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is surrounded by a bunch of food restaurants. I will say that charging for parking is a little overbearing. With the amount of how much the stay is, I think anyone having to pay almost $600 for only 3 nights should at least have a free parking. Other than that, parking was safe and we legit-ly return to this location.

I arrived a little late for check-in time but not a problem apparently I beat the rush and it was quick easy Ashley made my check in a breeze explained everything for.me a parking pass she went above and beyond to make.expirience at first contact a joy, the room was great comfortable clean only issue I had was with the flush pressure and tv remote (tv would not turn off) other than that perfect stay great place.in a nice plaza with a bunch of great stores and restaurants

Overall, a pleasant stay. Comfortable and quiet, we got good rest. Only 2 issues of concern. We were told to park in their structure, but weren’t told we would be charged $13/day for that. Also, tried calling the front desk to let them know we had a slow drain, but no one was available at front desk at the time. Other than those items, the stay was good, and food was decent.
