The hotel is ok in general but the worst part is the check in and check out. There’s this one short hair at the reception, she was so rude and she looked like as if we owe her money during check in. Upon check out, we asked to store our luggage at the hotel for 3 more hours as we have a flight departing at 9pm. The same girl lied to us and said their luggage room is full so they cannot accommodate that. However, we were traveling with a newborn and 2 toddlers so we have to put the luggage at the hotel first. So we asked if we can see the luggage room and the moment she opened the door, THE ROOM WAS ALMOST EMPTY. Worst receptionist ever!!! Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Spent 4 nights with my family. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel was always clean, you could smell the cleaning product. Room was specious and comfortable. Our only compliant was that, it was stated that breakfast ends at 10, but the staff had all the food cleared away by 930..one more 920. If that’s the case, change the end time.

This hotel and their staff are amazing. Everyday we went out and came back to a very clean and welcoming room. The staff even set our kids stuffed animals up in their beds as if we were home. The breakfast is kept hot and ready and the front desk was always very helpful and ready to fulfill whatever needs we expressed. Will definitely stay here anytime we're in Orlando.

Pros: Hotel located in quiet area and many great restaurants with in few minutes driving. Good daily breakfast compliment. Daily room service clean and stock enough the necessary items. Cons: We stayed for whole week and noticed floor did not vaccume since my kids dropped crumbs on the floor. Also, I think the comforter was reuseable from previous guest on our stay.

The property was clean, the staff at the front desk was nice and our room was a great size for our family. The free breakfast is only till 9:30 but free coffee was out all day long. What I didn't like AT ALL was their shuttle service. They share it with numerous hotels in the area so you are on a route and have to wait quite some time for the next one. In the evening it was a nightmare being crammed on the bus with no place to sit and it being at complete max capacity driving down I4 while standing with your children standing as well. I ended up getting an Uber after the first day to and from the parks.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, hot, and plenty of it. Room was clean and maids cleaned every day and put clean towels every day. My main problem was the buses. They never showed up the first morning, and I was then told another one would be there in 25-30 minutes bc they were “at capacity.” Also, it turns out while they do go to animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot, they do not go to Magic Kingdom. Worse than that of not showing up at all, they only return from Epcot, no other Disney park. And considering they never showed up in the morning, I wasn’t going to rush over to Epcot to have them not show up or say they are at capacity again. If you go there, it’s a nice new hotel, but be prepared to spend an additional $40-$60 or more on Uber and Lyft to go back-and-forth from the parks. This was very disappointing, and they were not upfront or honest about this, unfortunately.

Never been in a hotel that felt this clean or new before. Fantastic experience overall. Breakfast was just ok; covered the basics you would expect without being amazing. Area immediately around the hotel feels kinda odd because it’s basically undeveloped swamp land so the road into the hotel is a little creepy. Highly recommend this place for the price though. Was about $120/night near thanksgiving.
