非常差的體驗,私人物品在房間不翼而飛
第二天回到酒店,發現房間內遺失第一天買的購物袋
多次跟酒店聯絡,職員回覆沒有看過或發現我們的購物袋
回到香港,感激Trip.com 的客服幫忙致電酒店,若沒有合理解釋,我們會報警處理,酒店才回覆找到購物袋
及後,本人要求酒店回覆如何找到購物袋時,酒店經理指購物袋一直在房間的窗廉旁,跟早前酒店職員的回覆不一,我們找了幾天,找遍整個房間也找不到遺失的購物袋,回到香港後他們才說在房間內找到。
這個解釋非常不合理,經理Taku Inoue電郵回覆: 如果內心舒服一些,請你們到日本旅遊協會投訴。
經理Taku Inoue態度也非常不負責任和不合作。

多次到日本也沒有發生過這些經歷,所以,極度極度不推薦這間酒店!
BAG LOSING during our stay.
We found a bag losing in the second day after we back to hotel. We have asked for help for the rest of days during stay. Staff rejected to watch CCTV and only replied didn’t see any bag of us.
But then, when we back to Hong Kong, we asked for trip.com ( agency of hotel booking), hotel immediately replied they had found our bag. Hotel said the bag was behind the curtain for three days. This answer was NOT match with what they said before.
Since we have checked carefully, and ENSURE that didn’t find anything behind the curtain.
The hotel manager Taku Inoue is irresponsible and told us to report to JNTO if feel better. There’s nothing to do with hotel. Their attitude was very bad.
Highly NOT recommended this hotel.
It’s a big change to lose your belongings in hotel room but nothing to do with hotel.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE of hotel stay!
