We booked two nights online, but when we checked in the owner keeps bothering us, said we didn’t told him before we check in that we have truck needs to park since it says free parking on their website, and no rules to clarify what kind of cars is allowed to park! So we told him we’re from Toronto and doing a job here in Ottawa for two days, if we are not allowed to park our truck then we can parked somewhere else. And the owner said refund to us to find another place to stay. It was mid of the night but he’s still bothered us until next morning. Then we told him just one small car for parking tonight, he agreed. But after few hours he kept saying refund to us. I just ignored his phone calls, and find another hotel tonight. To be honest, the house was nice, but we were so disappointed to be treated like that.

When we arrived and showed our bedroom with a private bath it was a shared space bathroom. The kitchen had no sink, stove, cabinets or countertops. No plates or bowls. The wide screen tv had no channels. We had to ask for towels. The house is new but the basement where we stayed was not completed. The host did switch us to a room with a private bath but only because that client didn’t want to stay. Price reflects the quality but false advertising was a huge red flag.

My husband and I stayed in front of the door… rang the bell multiple times and no one answered so we booked another hotel but before we left we noticed tones of flies in the garage which was very concerning… The owner then refused to refund our money Overall poor experience both with ******* and the house owner

We arrived at 3 pm and waited for the owner hen then allowed us in the side door. At this point we saw cleanup was not completed. Finally after a short time all was in place. He then showed us the TV with no local channel. E had a good first night however when we returned we were told he had guests in the room across from us but did know when. Well they arrived at 1 am and were so,noisy I was awoken and had to,tell them to quiet down. They finally did but my wife and I had a very poor sleep. I asked the owner for compensation he refused saying it not has fault. He then said I should have called the trouble is this place allows NO CELL SERVICE I HAD TO GO OUT SIDE AND PRAY 🙏 I MIGHT GET SERVICE. We were glad to get out an imwould never stay there again

This is a basement of the house. Not even completely finished, not sure owner has the proper license to accommodate people in the basement. The lines were dirty. There was sweat smell in the bedsheets and pillowcases. They were not washed apparently. The towels were limited and were dirty. The liquid soap dispenser were empty. One bedroom and dining/kitchen shown in the picture is not even there. It belongs to the owner upstairs. Never had issues like this when we book via Airbnb. Will never book a house through ******* again.

Malgré ma réservation, c’est un RBNB… quand je suis arrivé le soir après un long trajet en voiture personne était là… le propriétaire avait un numéro 514 donc probablement de Montréal! Après un très bref appel, ou j’avais de la misère à comprendre on m’a dit qu’il avait une belle chambre pour moi et que quelqu’un viendrais m’ouvrir la porte… après avoir attendu 15-20 minutes dehors et voyant le temps avance, je suis partie ailleurs pour me trouver un hôte… après avoir fait 6(sic) hôtels j’ai finalement pu trouver une chambre à plein prix et tout à à 1 h30 du matin! Franchement Expédia vous devriez faire des vérifications …

When booking for our weekend trip we came across this place. We arrived at the house and we’re brought in. The bottom floor was under full renovation so we weren’t allowed to use it. This was not mentioned prior to arriving. We went up to our room and then realized we would not be able to look our door when leaving the house. We were told that there was a key to the room but it was misplaced at the moment. We did not feel comfortable leaving our stuff in the room while the family and other tenants live there as well. If you are looking for privacy this would not be the place for you.

J’ai absolument adoré mon expérience à cette endroit. Sincèrement je n’ai rien de négatif à dire. Tout était parfait , propre et chaleureux. Je vais définitivement revenir :)
