Wonderful place to stay, very friendly staff!

Spacious kingbroom with couch and large round table with chairs. Everything was clean and comfortable. Just what we wanted. Water pressure in our shower was a little lacking. The lady in breakfast area wasnt very pleasant. Didnt seem to want to be there or help you. It was a burden if you asked for anything. no waffle maker and if you request one it's $8. We already paid for the buffet so we thought there would be one. We will definitely stay here again though for the cleanliness and Spacious room. Front desk lady was very accommodating and cheerful even at 11pm when we checked in. I wish I could remember her name. She had brown hair. I just loved her! Give her a raise and ask her to train the breakfast staff to be like her.

10$ for a continental breakfast that was extremely sub par

Absolutely fantastic!!! We travel a lot, and this is BY FAR one of the best hotels we have been to. Extremely clean, rooms smelled fresh, fantastic and friendly staff! Pay for breakfast through *******. It’s $13/person at the restaurant.

Quiet hotel; good location; nice staff. The price was better than the Drury Inn had for time we needed to be in the KC area. Or, at least it seemed like it until we realized breakfast was not included. Nevertheless, it was a good stay.

Hotel was dirty in the halls. Dirty bowls were stacked on hallway vents and left overnight along with spills on the floor. Cleaning staff walked by and didn’t acknowledge it. Breakfast was not great. Bread and rolls were hard. Maybe left out and put back out day after day. Room was fairly clean. Front desk staff was nice. I don’t think I’d stay again though.

Very nice manager at front desk. Bartender called in sick so bar was closed and the manager was the only person on staff. I don’t feel like this is safe for that single person, and that’s on corporate, but she was great. She helped us with a couple beers. Room was clean and everything worked. It was quiet and we slept really well. Nothing fancy but we were pleased with our stay. We usually stay at higher end places but it was Friday night and we were only sleeping there. It was perfect for our needs and I’m glad we ended up there!

The front desk staff was wonderful, we had a large group and they managed to get us all near each other, which was fun!

the hotel bar did not open until 4:45pm and closed at 9:00 pm that is the only time you can drink and the front desk refuses to pour a drink
