巴爾的摩亨特谷Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Baltimore Hunt Valley)

I was pretty annoyed that they had sold out of the room that I had reserved for 2 months in advanced. When I checked in the lady said I could get a refund and there was no more rooms left even though mine was paid for. It was terrible you should be able to have that room reserved if you already paid for it.

Beds were definitely not pillow top. Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable,not what I expected from a Marriott. The girl at the front desk on Dec.18@ around 3pm, should not have been working check in. Maybe she was having a bad day,which we all have,but she made us feel like she was doing us a favor. She was not friendly or welcoming at all. We had a problem with the coffee maker,and Housekeeping was great in responding promptly. The young man was super nice. Except for check-in, our stay was fine.

This was a very nice place. The front desk was very attentive and pleasant. Very clean and spacious!! We would, for sure, stay here again!!

The staff were really nice and accommodating. The pillows on the beds were very lumpy and need to be replaced and the beds were a little too firm for my taste but overall a great property, very clean, and very nice staff. I would certainly stay here again.

Room was really spacious and well laid out. I wish I had know about this hotel, it is far superior to others I have stayed at in the area.

Stayed at this location for a week on the 6th floor. Room was far from clean and was very outdated. Mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom, portions of the ceiling falling down, fecal smear marks on the bathroom wallpaper next to the toilet, dirty bathroom floors, stained sheets on the bed, large stain on the couch cushion, and other filthy / uncleaned items throughout the room including a random used tissue stuck to the back of the TV. Bottom line, the house keeping staff door a terrible job. Positives were the front desk staff were nice and polite and their breakfast was better than average for a continental offering. If I had a choice I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great value. Large nice rooms with full size refrigerator, which we appreciate!

I love this hotel, very nice room located in a great area.

Wonderful stay in this place. Very family oriented. Would always come back when I’m in Baltimore.
