燈塔精品套房(The Light House Boutique Suites)

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Light House. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Mika ist unglaublich. Seine Ansage: "Sir it is not allowed", damit meint er alle Tätigkeiten die der Gast erledign wollte sind sein Revier. Vom Gepäck über das Umparken desa Autos, steht am nächsten Morgen wieder in Fahrtrichtung, bis zur Auswahl beim Frühstück, alles was man möchte wird gebracht, immer frisch, wenn möglich homemade. Zimmer sind absolut Top, wir bekamen sogar daa upgrade. Besonders freut es uns immer wieder, wenn abends die Handtücher frisch sind und die Betten aufgedeckt. Der Pool ist tatsächlich einer mit einer Länge von ca. 22 m und Breite von 7,5 m kann man wunder bar seine Bahnen schwimmen. Es war der größte Pool auf unserer Reise. Besonders genießen wir immer die abendlichen Gespräche mit Hendrik und Darrol, so erfahren wir Dinge auf allen Ebenen über Südafrika, die in keinem Reiseführer stehen. Und es bleibt dabei: die Designideen von Hendik & Darrol sind umwerfend. ich würde Beide jedem empfehlen, der seine EInrichtung erneuern will. Nur die Anreisen sind etwas weit. Nutzt die Möglichkeit im Light House einige Tage zu verbringen, wenn irgendmöglich sollten es mind. 3 Nächte sein um dden Service, das Ambiente und alles drumherum zu erleben. Erst dann weisst Du was Service ist, erst dann fühlst Du Dich wie in Deinem eigenen Wohnzimmer, nur mit weltklasse Service. Bedenkt auch, alles ist endlich und wer kann schon sagen, ob man in 2028 noch dieses Einmaligkeit erleben darf. Hendrik & Darrol es war uns eine Ehre bei Euch sein zu können und zu dürfen. Zu Ende ist es erst, wenn wir noch einmal bei Euch waren. Wer The Light House (TLH) nicht erlebt hat, verpasst die einzigartige Chance eines der mit Abstand besten Small Hotels der Welt erlebt zu haben. Und wir haben schon einige Hotels in der Welt gesehen ud erlebt, aber TLH hat sie bisher alle getoppt. Vielen Dank für Alles und ich hoffe, wir sehen uns wieder. Albert & Regina

We had a fantastic stay at the Lighthouse! The most impressive thing was the very, very attentive service! Our room was large and always cleaned up. The breakfast delicious and if we had a wish, they made it happen. Fantastic!

We stayed at the Lighthouse from February 17th to February 24th. It was our first time at the Lighthouse and we absolutely loved it. We had a rental car and on arrival were greeted warmly in the driveway with a clear message, that guests are forbidden to carry luggage themselves. We immediately received a welcome drink on the terrace, followed by an excellent breakfast and felt at home right from the start. Our room was wonderful with a beautiful view to the sweeping mountains opposite. The service is unique, always friendly, always present and courteous, all wishes are tried to be fulfilled. For us, this was the best service we have ever experienced and we got around a lot. Breakfast on the terrace, no buffet breakfast, but breakfast with service and fresh fruits, freshly prepared egg dishes with the best bacon in the world, and everything else that belongs to a good breakfast. The garden area wonderfully maintained with the beautiful pool is perfect for relaxing. Wine, water and nuts are served by the pool. The whole property with the house is so tastefully furnished and coherent, the owners have invested a lot of time, work and heart and soul in it, it is beautiful to fall in love with. It is located in a quiet, very good residential area in Paarl. To sum up, we stayed in paradise for a week and we will definitely be back. Thanks to the entire Lighthouse team. There are certainly cheaper accommodations, but the Lighthouse is something special.

We had high expectations after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and I must say the place is very special and service exceptional. However we found the room a bit small because of bulky and dated furniture. The bathroom however is large and has outstanding water pressure. Bed and bath linen are fabulous and the breakfast amazing. The attention to detail is fantastic and grounds and interiors immaculately maintained. It's however the team that are making the difference as they go above and beyond in providing memorable experiences. Small details such as making advance dinner reservations make all the difference. We found the host/GM however a bit aloof and not engaging (with us). A few suggestions: larger TV's, in-room aeroccino next to Nespresso machine, a corkscrew..., instead of 2 bottles of red wine in Mini Bar 1 red and 1 white and stop constantly wrapping and replacing the towels as its not environmental and user friendly! Better parking facilities would also be great. Last but not least, please make the place a little less formal!

Firstly a huge thank you to the staff for making our stay such a fantastic experience. Our taxi cancelled on our group last minute and the manager personally drove us to our appointment - that should give you an idea for the level of service that you will receive here. The attention to detail in the hotel is unlike anything I have experienced before, the decor, the garden, the presentation of the food it is just all around a perfect experience. I highly recommend the Light House Boutique Suites and we will certainly be coming back. Thank you team!

This is thee most EXQUISITE, yet TRENDY English Manson in Africa - everything about this guesthouse is UNIQUE - nothing is ordinary - guests are welcomed at their car and true butlar exposure is at the order of the day - staff here are all trained to serve royalty, yet in a manner that makes one feel EXTREMELY SPECIAL - the rooms are BREATHTAKING - the furniture peaces are all careflully sellected and great enthusiasm went into the positioning of each item - the breakfast is SIMPLY THE BEST - management team: Darrol and Hendrik are no ordinary guys, but 7* quality - Mika, our personal host was just great - his knowledge of the area and its offering impressed - this is a must visit for no less than 3 nights.

Outstanding accommodation, unbelievably special. Every last detail has been considered. Never experienced anything like this. Darrel and Hendrick were the most charming hosts. Welcoming and attentive Their staff went above and beyond what we could reasonably expect of them. This is a special place not to be missed.

Our second stay here. Sometimes hotels promise luxury and perfection: this guesthouse, for once, delivers both. An amazing location, beautiful house and rooms, and service that is second to none (including fixing a problem with our rental car!). Darrol and Hendrick are wonderful hosts. Thank you again!

Everything you could wish for and more! Darryl, Hendrick and the team were outstanding. The decor throughout this gem of an hotel was remarkable, the room and bathroom excellent and the breakfast was both picture perfect and super tasty The swimming pool area and gardens were beautiful and another trip to Paarl would be worth it just to stay here again
