Yes the food was good , staff very polite

I'm elderly and disabled. booked an accessible room. On arrival found that the room was number 36 which was the furthermost room from the entrance. Asked for a nearer room, was told they were fully booked and given room 7 which was nearer but the bed was so high I could not get into it. Informed reception, all I got was a shrug and told again they were fully booked Slept in the chair and told reception in the morning. Contacted customer services for a refund and was told my my situation did not conform to the Good Nights Sleep policy. I am £300 out as I had booked for 4 nights, no refund.

TERRIBLE STAY!! Avoid Avoid Avoid! Last room available was only accessible room. Room full of spiders and cobwebs. Cobwebs full of dust. Room unclean. Didn’t get into room until late. Reported problem in morning to staff and showed them the state of room. Refund refused by customer relations manager Megan as state spiders and cleanliness or room do not fall under good night guarantee. Also states reception staff have no note of my complaint so lies being told. Poor show.

Stayed over as a convenient stop off after flying back to Glasgow from Paris. Flight was a late one and I didn’t fancy a 3 hour drive from Glasgow home after a flight. Especially from CDG as it was a nightmare there. Bed was extremely comfortable and room facilities were spot on. Staff were lovely and accommodating even though we arrived a few bells towards midnight on check in date. Overall had a great nights sleep and a massive breakfast the following day which was really good.

Used as a place for family to put the head down before an early flight. Never again. We were ground level, corridor doors banging every time guests came threw, paper thin walls. Heard upstairs moving about and banging all night, you can hear them speak, fart, snore and the roof crunches every time they walk, could not recommend to any one using this place for a few hours sleep before early flights. Plenty parking spaces, couple of outlets close by and minutes drive to the airport

This visit to the hotel was slightly off-putting. We have stayed at this hotel many times and always with no complaints. We were allocated a room on the first floor down the end of a long corridor. My wife has mobility problems so I personally rang the hotel the day before we arrived to request a room close to the reception or the lift. I was informed that this wasn't a problem. When allocated the room I asked was there anything closer to what we requested. The answer was quite sharp in reply was a swift NO. I explained that I'd called the previous day but she stated that there was nothing on the system. We were allocated two key cards and over the four nights we stayed the cards de-programmed on seven occasions. One lady on the reception when we returned for the second occasion on the same day. Literally rolled her eyes. She accused me of keeping the key close to my phone. I explained that they where always in separate pockets and never in close proximity. my wife has here's in her handbag. I, would recommend this hotel and I would stay at this hotel next time I'm back up in the area because I think this was a glitch.

Worst sleep I've had in a hotel. Stayed in a family room with my children and I barely got an hours sleep due to drunk hotel guests knocking on doors at 4am, constant noise from planes (which I know can't be helped) but its very noisy. Hotel staff are all very lovely though and the room was clean.

Accommodation is acceptable, evening meal and breakfast were very poor, almost inedible. staff attitude at reception was very helpful, staff attitude at evening meal was to beat a quick retreat, the lady who asked how the food was seemed unable to understand just how bad the meal that had been served was. Male staff member at breakfast (inedible) verged on discourteous and seemed to spend his time chatting with a member of kitchen staff rather than looking out for the needs of guests, very poor, This trip was occasioned at short notice due to cremation at nearby crematorium. Hey, Premier Inn, you need to talk to your manager in this establishment, as regards food, people eat out unti kitchen gets turned round!
