Dieses Bed and Breakfast hat uns von Anfang an sehr gut gefallen, nicht nur die tolle Lage am Meer mit einem schönen ruhigen, breiten Strand zum spazieren gehen, sondern auch das Gebäude selbst, wunderschön eingerichtet mit Stoff bespannten Fans an der Decke des Zimmers. Alles sehr romantisch und das Team dort ist einfach nur super nett und sehr aufmerksam, liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Es schmeckte sehr gut. Wir hatten kein Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir wirklich froh waren, eine so entzückende Bleibe zu haben, um uns dort aufzuhalten. Wir bedauern auch, Nicht in den kleinen Pool zu können. Es war einfach zu kalt dafür. Tagsüber hört man Autos draußen fahren, aber während der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Wir schliefen gut. Als leichter Schläfer hatte ich zunächst Bedenken, die jedoch vollkommen unbegründet waren. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen. Wir waren gegenüber in der Pizzeria abends essen, die Pizzen waren riesig und köstlich. An einem Abend holten wir uns auch ein leckeres Fisch essen direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft am Strand. Dieses Essen hat uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt.

Die Unterkunft wird von einem tollen und engagierten Team organisiert, die alle total nett und hilfsbereit waren. Dir Unterkunft selbst war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Was wirklich wichtig war, denn wir hatten schlechtes Wetter für ein paar Tage.

Port D’hiver made vacationing on the beach super convenient and unforgettable. From the close proximity to the beach park across the street, to the breakfasts and snacks (and cookies) they make along the way. Everyone in the staff was accommodating and seemed like they enjoyed working there. Jason, Aiden, Emily, Pepe, and others whose names I didn’t catch always worked to go above and beyond in helping you out if you needed it. The whole outfit was well put together. Special thanks to all of you! Im going to mention those cookies again - they were amazing and I couldn’t stop eating them. They made them fresh every day and put them out in the main cabin. Breakfast every day was better than the last. They never disappointed. They also provided provisions for the beach - umbrellas, towels, carts, boogie boards, bags, etc. As well as speakers for our room. The room was beautiful. Nice and sunny without any tacky decorations. Very comfortable and “at-home”. The bedroom was super comfy and large. The garden was lush and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and not crowded. It’s like everything in this B&B was crafted so carefully so that you could either socialize and mix it up with other people staying there, or be out in the common area and remain private if you preferred. I’m sure there are things I’m forgetting, but all in all it was very special, and I left feeling like I was able to scratch that “vacation doin nothin on the beach” itch. We will certainly return!

Lovely bed and breakfast. Staff was great with lots of attention to details. Room was comfortable and romantic. Location right across from beach was fantastic. Even though it was less than 2 hours drive for us it really felt like we were getting away from it all.

Port D'Hiver is a true oasis at Melbourne Beach. Nicely secluded in an excellent beachfront location, the property has outstanding amenities for any beach activities and the food selections at breakfast and the Social hour exceed expectations. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very secluded. Great location and facility for a beach getaway.

Lovely B&B with adorable, private, cozy, courtyard that included a pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is gourmet, service is 10/10. The staff are the friendliest people and were able to accommodate our food requests(which weren’t on the menu). One of us is pre diabetic. The rooms are precious and clean. You feel like you are coming home each time you enter the property. We are planning our next trip back!

I found this B&B on a “best of” list so we decided to check it out for a relaxing get away w/e trip. The grounds are gorgeous. We stayed in the Sunrise room. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean waves. It’s a great location. Right across the street from the ocean and walking distance to restaurants and the Bay. The staff and amenities were great. They have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The breakfasts were so delicious. Would highly recommend staying here. Fabulous experience!!!

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay greatly. The staff was great and the room most comfortable. Whether lounging on our porch, sitting poolside or at Happy hour, we were treated extremely well. The beach just across A1A is a slice of Heaven. BTW, the cookies are the BEST.

From the Shangri-La like gardens and beautiful, clean outdoor hot tubs to the delicious homemade breakfast on the patio and the friendliest, most accommodating staff…this place is a hidden gem…you will not want to stay anywhere else…it’s not just a hotel to sleep at…it’s a destination all in itself. Just steps from the ocean, you can hear the waves from your room, and smell the clean salty air. It’s a must see.
