Great facility

The front desk and restaurant staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is aged and needs upgrades. The rooms weren't as clean as I would've expected. My mom got a regular suite and I paid for an upgraded Jr suite the only difference was i had an extra tv however her room had a phone but mine didn't. I made a request for one. A guy who had just cleared the back up plumbing in my mom's room came to my room and he couldn't really speak English. A phone was never bought up so I had to walk to my mom's room or front desk or dining whenever i needed to communicate with either. I would definitely give the front desk and dining staff 5 stars other than that I'd probably avoid this hotel the best I can

Check in was good, however, I was not informed that there would be no one to clean the room unless I requested it. That was disappointing. My biggest pet peeve was the insane smell of mold and dirty water hat permiatted the fourth floor; you can smell it the moment the elevator door opened. The room was musty, and humid and the sofa in the room has bed bugs (sorry). The room amenities were meager and the fridge barely works. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and there is hardly any food. I paid $20 per person for cold scrambled eggs and bacon. It truly was not Hilton. It felt like I was in a motel. The mold issue is bad and it is apparent from the damp smell that something is wrong. Corporate needs to know about this. Shameful......

Smooth checkin, welcome warm cookies was a nice touch, and Matt is a pleasant driver from the free airport shuttle… rooms are nice and very clean!

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff friendly enough... waitstaff at breakfast very nice. Free coffee in lobby is nice. Breakfast buffet...: bacon very well done, as in hard brittle *****s, scrambled eggs very well done, as in hard lumps. Rest of buffet nice, and it was included. Room condition: bed very comfortable, kingsize. Sheets clean and nice. especially nice large pillows. Room hasn't been dusted well in weeks. The legs under the desk chair, chrome, had a thick layer of dust, as well as the cross boards under the desk, heavy layer of dust. A small scrap of paper, seriously small piece of trash, on the floor for three of my 4 days there. Trash emptied, just next to scrap, but scrap never collected. The bathroom lighting is dim. One light to the left of the mirror would blink on and off occasionally. One towel rack not attached to wall well. Shower had three containers attached to the wall. One would expect shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Had two shampoos and one conditioner. (Asked reception to have it fixed, never happened.). Luckily there was bar soap. AC worked well, if a bit noisy when it rattled on. Safe stopped working when locked, which could have been problem is I had locked anything important inside, but was carrying everything important with me. Room has no ports for USB-A cables, that I could locate, so bring your own. Parking is abundant, free and well lighted at night.

Where do we begin! Lets list the faults shall we. 1. Old and dirty 2. Outlets don't work 3. Bed springs are loud and obnoxious. 4. Mattress uncomfortable. 5. The final straw... BUGS! one ran over the table while I was sitting there and another scattered in the bathroom when the light went on! GROSS NEVER AGAIN! I have been an Honors member for years and never wrote a comment like this.
