棕櫚泉戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Palm Springs)

酒店很舊，絕不是一家豪華酒店。其中一部分看起來非常破舊和可怕。浴室很過時，門打不開，廁所的角度有些奇怪，這是公共廁所的風格，當你坐下時有一個有趣的傾斜。游泳池很大，座位選擇也很好。有一個保安人員四處走動，但他幾乎讓你感覺天黑後你無法享受外面的區域。你的露檯面積很小，光線讓人難以享受它。總分3.5。

Check in was easy. However our room was located on the second floor with no elevator service at all. Walked into the room smelled of cigarette smoke when room was supposed to a non smoking room. Air conditioner wasn’t really blowing cold air. There was little bugs crawling on the bathroom sink. There was a blood spot in the shower by the shower head. We showed the manager on duty and he says it was rust. Clearly however it was blood. We asked for a refund, he didn’t want to give us our money back at first. Then he agreed to give us half of our money back after we told him that we were gonna report them to osha. They are broken tiles and bricks around the property which is very unsafe if someone was to trip and fall. We were very unsatisfied and checked out and went to another hotel to stay!

The property was old and quite rundown. The website made the property look much nicer than it was. Lighting and outlets didn't work, the back patio on the second floor of our room wasn't structurally sound to step out onto, the bathroom was tiny and had minimal lighting with no fan, the shower was dingy and dark, the hot water took a long time to get hot and ran at a trickle, the carpets were filthy, and the TV was quite small for the room. We were so disappointed that we stayed only one night, refused to use the shower, and canceled the balance of our week-long stay to transfer to another location. I would not recommend this location. The only positive thing I have to say is that the front desk staff was very friendly and the on-site restaurant, Rick's Restaurant, was fabulous. I would eat there again; friendly, welcoming, fast service, and great food!

Rooms needs some improvement. Bathroom has some hairs in it (sink). Base board needs refinishing. Hot water issues with our rooms.

This room was only average. It was clean, but the bathroom had.a weird configeration. It was a connecting room and you can hear your neighbors. The water backed up in the shower to your ankle slow draining. They didnt have enough coffee for two people. Its a goid thing i brought my own coffee. No plastic spoons and I had to ask for more shampoo, soap and kleenex. The dispenser wasnt refilled. Not really worth the price in my opinion.

!. the water stayed hot, once you turned on the hot water and it got hot right in the middle of our shower the water got cold, all through the shower hot and cold.

Great staff, the pool was very nice, the yard (garden) was beautiful. But the room has a very strong smell of cleaner fragrance, the sofa was missing.
