We’ve been coming to Palm Springs for years and have stayed at the sister property Santiago a few times. When it was booked for the particular weekend we had planned, we chose the newer Twin Palms as an alternate and were glad we did. The initial welcome from Boomer and tour of the property and our room was a good introduction to our stay. The room was spacious, particularly the bathroom and everything was modern and in great working condition. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great and daily housekeeping made sure the room was spotless. The large pool area is well laid out, with both sun and shade options. The breakfast was nice, the box lunches were quite good and the always open cantina was useful for grabbing a soda or water anytime. Everyone working at the property was friendly and helpful, without being intrusive, which is the sign of great service. While the location might not be quite as central to downtown Palm Springs as we’re used to, having a car made that a non-issue for us. We had a great four day stay here and will certainly be back.

This was our second time staying at Twin Palms resort. It's even better than the last time! The resort is so clean, beautiful and tastefully decorated. The staff, especially Boomer are fantastic as always. You don't need an upgraded room; every room is nice. The vibe at this resort is upscale and posh. Perhaps, because there was a music conference happening on that weekend, there were many younger guests this time. Actually, most guests staying here are from early 20 to 60 and many are friendly and well mannered. Some of them are just plain hot even! If you are looking for a sleezy, sexual hotel, book somewhere else. For me, eye candies are good enough.

This was our second visit to Twin Palms Resort and just like our first stay it was fantastic! Boomer and the entire team were consistently professional, friendly, informative and engaged. Our room as well as the common areas are maintained very well. The breakfast and lunch menus offer a nice range of options. Location is quiet and walkable to shops, hiking trails and restaurants. The best part of the resort is the vibe. If you want to be left alone it’s easily done. However, if you are open to meeting new people and having a laugh the layout of the pool, jacuzzi, fire-pit, friendliness of the staff and hotel guests fosters this. This resort has quickly become one of our favorite places to stay in Palm Springs!!

All the amenities of your better "brand" hotels but with more: personal attention from the staff, breakfast and lunch so you don't have to leave the pool before the sun gets too hot, daily room refresh, convenient location, privacy if you want it & connection with other guests if you choose. Staying here made this trip to Palm Springs amazing and already looking for dates to return.

Stayed for a long weekend. Absolutely impressed by the amazing staff, friendly service, and clean facilities. Highly recommended for anyone looking at boutique offerings in Palm Springs. 10/10 would visit again. Adam and the team went above and beyond! Thanks

I absolutely love this place. The staff are phenomenal, the grounds well kept, the rooms are spotless and well equipped. I had amazing interactions with Adam, Boomer, Nicole, and the guy working the breakfast area (didn’t get his name). This was my 2nd visit and it was just as amazing as the first. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Definitely going to continue coming here. Worth every penny.
