Nouveau resort ouvert fin 2022. Tout est neuf. Le personnel est extrêmement attentif aux guests. Social Happy Hour jeudi, vendredi et samedi en fin d’après-midi. Cela crée une cohésion de groupe vraiment sympa. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

This was our first trip to Palm Springs, and it couldn't have been better. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The resort was very attractive and spotlessly clean. Hanging out poolside was relaxing. Not sure what else anyone could ask for in a resort. We will certainly be back!

The location is perfect. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and tend to anything you need. The rooms are very good in size and beds are very comfortable and cozy. Pool area is clean and very well maintained with plenty of sun beds. Can’t wait to go back again.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are phenomenal, the grounds well kept, the rooms are spotless and well equipped. I had amazing interactions with Adam, Boomer, Nicole, and the guy working the breakfast area (didn’t get his name). This was my 2nd visit and it was just as amazing as the first. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Definitely going to continue coming here. Worth every penny.

Clean, chic, and incredibly comfortable, immerse yourself in complete relaxation. Amazing helpful and friendly staff keep you pampered with a delicious breakfast as well as ordering a complimentary lunch for you . Happy hour with wine on the weekend and even a cold popsicle treat handed out mid afternoon while you are soaking up the hot desert sun by the pool. Best men’s resort we have stayed in to date.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Twin Palms for three nights before Coachella and it was honestly one of our favorite vacations we’ve ever taken together. The staff are all lovely, super friendly and willing to help with anything you might need. Bikes are also available to use for riding around town – it was just an 15-2.0 min ride to downtown PS. The property itself is adorable and relaxing, a nice little oasis in the desert. Rooms are big and very well maintained, and ours had a private patio which was perfect. Plus, can’t beat having breakfast and lunch provided so you can enjoy and relax near the pool!

Adam and his staff (...which are FANTASTIC), are shining examples of what it means to give guests a 5-star experience. Our first visit was in 2023, we booked the next year before we left the resort, and we did the same thing this year. This is a STANDOUT EXPERIENCE in the mediocrity of what has become the collective customer service experience of our lives. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, in a white glove super clean resort, where the staff is as attentive as you need them to be - look no further than Twin Palms.
