Turned up late nearly midnight (BA Flight delayed). But met with a friendly greeting and smile. First impressions are great, clean, smart and classy. Shown to room and everything explained, did we want a class of cava or something else, declined as late…. Was told to expect it the following day (which was forthcoming), nice touch. Everyone we came into contact with was super friendly and spoke good English. However, the team work with their guests, want to chat they’re more than happy to chat, want quite and privacy then that’s good too, they read the room and act accordingly to guests needs. I really like that in a Hotel, where you’re the person rather than the room number. Super helpful, on where to eat, helped with a couple of dinner reservations and then keen to see if we enjoyed it and feedback so they can update future guests. Breakfast, was always fresh, great coffee and nice mint tea, nice choices. Plus eggs as you like them. So to sum up; you’re made to feel very welcome, treated as you’d expect, attention to detail is great, whole hotel is spotlessly clean and everyone that works there is pleased to help make your stay the very best it can be. What’s not to like…… I can’t think of anything. Thank you!
