The Hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was really good, clean, tidy and modern. The breakfast was described as continental when we booked however it is far more substantial than a usual continental breakfast. The staff are smart professional and friendly. I would participate like to highlight Natalie who welcomed us and checked us in. She is an outstanding member of the team. This was the best welcome we have had in over 40 years of traveling far and wide. We will return to the Hotel Nou Baleares.

I can’t tell you how much I loved this hotel. We arrived on a busy Wednesday lunchtime - the gentleman that checked us in was so completely lovely and friendly and took the time to tell us all that we needed to know about the hotel. One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Room was very basic! Smallest shower room ever! No drawers! Tiny hanging space! Room smelled damp! Air con was ok but would reset itself to higher temp! Window doesn’t open! Very small pool! Check out 12 noon (night flight home & no facility for proper shower before leaving!). No comfy seating areas. Staff very friendly. Could order drinks & food which got delivered to pool area (where there aren’t enough beds but we were lucky in that respect) had to go down from pool to room to use toilet. Got pool towel from reception leaving deposit. Could’ve gone that with kettle too but didn’t bother. Good selection of complimentary drinks in room on arrival - had to pay to replenish stocks incl water! (didn’t bother as little shop next door sold water, drinks, ice creams). Great selection at breakfast…… but this is not a 4 star hotel!! & it’s about 20/25 min walk into central area - poss just a tad too far out for a city break. Not disability friendly.

Nice little hotel in central Palma. Good service, nice rooms and prices not too bad. Breakfast was good and beds was very nice. Very nice that you can book the pool for a private session with your friends. They forgot to clean our room one day, but after some fighting with the reception they managed to fix this during the evening. Could have been handled better by the staff but all in all I would go back to Mhouse hotel again!

A gem in the old town of Palma! Can find no fault in this hotel. The location, the decor, but most importantly the staff. Nothing is too much trouble from restaurant recommendations to bike rental shops and more. We are definitely going back! I can highly recommend.
