The best budget apar**ents I’ve stayed in. Perfectly located near beach, restaurants and bars. Staff are lovely. The pool area never gets too busy. The breakfast is a nice treat that you don’t get with other hotels of a similar price. All in all, a great stay!

I booked via loveholidays for a last minute holiday with my 4 year old and mum. Reviews were quite mixed, a lot of negative ones which made us apprehensive what we was going to be faced with. Returning home yesterday after 5 days at Azuline, I’m so confused what people had to complain about. The hotel is beautiful. Best 3* I’ve ever stayed in actually. White marble decor, so fresh and clean. Lovely breakfast selection, clean & relaxing pool area/bar which was so quiet every day. Polite and friendly staff from reception to chamber maids, wifi was amazing from the room to pool area. Room was clean and modern, which I love. Our flight home wasn’t until 10pm, we was given a time slot to have a rest & shower in a room for free & a safe place to store our luggage for the day. I will definately be returning next summer. Amazing location, 5 min walk to the beach (the dreaded steps, which can’t be helped). Thank you to Azuline and staff for making our stay a pleasant & rememberable one.

We stayed for 4 nights. breakfast was average no complaints. the room was mostly clean apart from the hairs and ants all over the bathroom floor. our balcony door did not lock so we had to get the maintenance man to come and fix it and that lasted about a day. breakfast staff were all really pleasant, some of the receptionist staff were quite rude. On the plus side though its a great location. not too far from the beach, taxis to magaluf range from about 6-9 euros and theres plenty of buses to go in. the hotel felt pretty safe and secure. would not go back to the same hotel but definitely the area!

All I can say it please don’t be put off by the bad reviews. We were abit sceptical about booking this hotel due to the reviews. However I completely disagree with them all! Me and my best friend stayed here for 4 nights and we had the best holiday ever and it was thanks to the amazing staff. The hotel is really modern and clean, very impressed for a 3 star hotel. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we came in the door. I would like to make a special mention to Valentin and Maria! Always so helpful and made us laugh and smile the whole holiday! Our experience wouldn’t have been the same without them ＜3. There are always plenty of sun loungers and the pool side bar is very reasonable prices. There was no bother with getting taxis booked for us, Maria and Valentin always showed an interest in our plans for the day and we looked forward to seeing them on reception when returning from the evenings out. The breakfast was also amazing! Always a good selection and really tasty. I would 100% stay at this hotel again. Thank you guys, from Chloe and Athea x

Arrived late as our flight was delayed, checked in eventually, Louise at reception couldn’t be bothered as she wanted to go home, room was not self catering as we paid for, on the beach farmed us out to a third party hotel beds who decided to put us in a tiny room, no kettle, no fridge, the drains stank, ants everywhere, cleaning very poor….there is no bar, it’s 5 euros to use the vending machine!!!! After 2 days of no joy we decided to move hotels and went to the son Caliu absolutely fantastic. DO NOT STAY at the AzuLine or book through on the beach, absolute robbers oh and Ryanair are a joke too Thanks and you’re welcome

Don’t be put off by the bad reviews, our room was lovely and fresh with a nice spacious balcony (a little overlooked by your neighbours) but hey ho! The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t help enough they leant us a travel plug when ours broke, they have a secure staff only room for your luggage to sit in and they even have little rooms for you to shower in and sort yourself out if you have a late flight home. The WiFi was strong in our room I can’t say the same for every room though The air con was amazing we actually had to turn it off during the night because we woke up too cold! Breakfast was easy with a nice selection for all. My only 2 quibbles would be that a fridge is not supplied in all rooms so you will have to make a few more shop runs because food will not keep and the shower is powerful but the shower floor doesn’t have a lip to keep the water in so you may have a fairly big puddle in the bathroom by the end of it. The beach is a 7 minute walk away with one short steep ish hill (you can avoid the steps the hotel staff may tell you about) The hotel is super quiet me and my partner only really saw people at breakfast, I’m pretty sure this hotel doesn’t do entertainment so if that’s what you want this may not be the hotel for you so if you don’t mind a 7 minute walk with a short steepish hill in a quiet hotel with super friendly staff and a midday check out then book up. We spent 10 days here and we wish it was longer Me and my partner will 100% return. Thankyou!

Ottima scelta vicino a Palma di Maiorca ....ottimo hotel tranquillo pulito con tutti i servizi......bagno con doccia super....piscina ( bagnina antipatica però che stona vicino al resto del personale delizioso, ) colazione ottima

Hotel is basic better on picture, A/C was loud in the bedroom and one in the living room was broken. One staff member was so rude she was implying my kids broke the bed when I asked her to show me what she was implying by coming to the room to show me she told me she don’t need to the cleaner told her. I then took a picture of the beds and she refused to look saying she can’t be bothered. So I then asked her for managers email so I can send him pictures she refused to give it to me. Hotel is basically on a hill so you have to have good legs and the transfer we booked didn’t even pick us up and I think it’s because the coach doesn’t fit down the street so you have to meet them at meeting point which they don’t show up called 24 hr line they didn’t pick up so resulting to pay for a taxi to the airport. I wouldn’t stay there again even the pool is very basic. Also you can tell they just tried the cheapest way to refurbish it as it smells. Only had 3 nights there so was lucky really. It wasn’t my first choice as I picked to others but got cancelled due to being sold out.
