帕爾馬諾瓦感觀飯店(Reverence Mare Hotel - Adults Only)

현장에서 침대를 트윈이나 킹베드를 준다고 했는데 커플끼리 왔는데도 트윈침대를 준비해줬다. 레이트 체크아웃이 된다고 해서 전날 물어보니 데스크에서는 내일 조식 이후에 물어보라해서 다시 갔더니 전날에 했어야한다고 결국에는 못했다는.. 방에 물도 없고 아무것도 없었다. 최소한 물이라도 한병은 줘야하는게 아닌가 싶었던 호텔

The place of the hotel was literally closed to the beach front and alot of restaurants. I’m sorry if I will give three for the cleanliness, it was based on my experience but maybe once you try it you won’t experience what I experienced. But this hotel is beautiful but I think for summer time it doesn’t deserve the price they offer. Amenities is perfect because they have some saunas and some other stuff if ever the weather will be unpredictable and thats a big deal that I like with the hotel.

Perfect hotel right in the middle of everything. Pool was perfect and breakfast hit the spot. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice friendly hotel, the rooms are clean with a very comfortable bed and quality bed sheets, cleaned every day, pool, bar, breakfast buffet, all very high quality, modern decor, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I couldn't fault it. Palma nova is nice resort with plenty of options for restaurants and bars with nice beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros- rooms clean and comfortable, food good with varied selection, convenient location. Cons- no a**osphere around pools, entertainment poor. Some confusion as to who can access the swim up pool areas as we had other guests thinking it was ok to enter and exit via our private swim up pool veranda! The hotel did advise such guests this wasn’t where they should enter as a public ladder was available for that pool but at that point it was too late! Signage or barrier should be added ASAP to avoid any altercations as this ruined our stay unfortunately.

Hotel room smelled like sewage and AC was not functioning. Another room similar to ours was not available so we decided to stay under these conditions. Hotel staff did not let us know that some sunbeds in front of our room were private to me each room. We had a very rude neighbor guest scream at us although the hotel did not let us know!! We called the hotel and again, nothing was done and we had to stay uncomfortably with an unstable neighbor unless we wanted to downgrade. Hotel staff is friendly and location is great but some upkeeping and repairs need to be done.

I liked everything. We had a comfort room with partial sea view and it was great. We didn’t want it cleaned everyday, but every other day when we switched the “cleaning switch” on it was perfectly cleaned and we had new towels and clean glasses. We rented towels from the reception for the sun beds for a deposit of 10 Eur each, and for 1 Eur we could change for clean ones. The hotel has a nice and light design, that I find pretty. We had breakfast and a meal at night - the buffet for both meals is good. The outside area is very nice and we got sunbeds every day. Some afternoons we went to the beach which is just a walk over the road. The staff is very friendly and professional and they speak English. We had a perfect holiday and we are all very satisfyed, my husband and I and our two daugthers and our sons in law, we are 52 and 51 years old and they are in their twenties.

The property is run down and needs a face lift. The first appearance is pretty but then at second look the coaches in lobby are old. Bedroom is plain and beds aren’t good. One day they didn’t make up our room I had to exchange towels myself. Pool needs more umbrellas. Maria and Gloria at reception were wonderful! The female bartender at the pool was rude. Rolled her eyes at me because I asked for water and she thought it was so strange I didn’t want the water in the bottle and when I asked for ice I accidentally spilled the ice and she made rude comments. She needs better training.

Hotel bello cibo nella media, attenzione che il pacchetto Mezza pensione prevede solo colazione e cena perché il ristorante a pranzo è aperto solo quello in piscina e non è incluso cosa non specificata in fase di prenotazione , poca manutenzione camera con piscina con faro interno rotto è pericoloso oltre la pulizia della piscina scarsa, cibo insomma niente di che
