Gave me a room with no sheet, towels or toilet paper .. along with a lot of big killing chemicals on the floor Wouldn't let me upload a photo

Non smoking room smalls like an ashtray!

Well first of all there is a registered sex offender at the location that was 50ft.,from our room. 2nd there is no refrigerator nor was there a microwave?,also the room was extremely warm with the heater on full blast,it wasn’t that cold for it to be on,& no air conditioner in the room it is controlled by the maintenance dept.,which never showed up to to fix the problem. And they say their rooms are clean well the have wood laminate flooring and I had dropped a piece of food on the floor wiped it up with a wet cloth & the floor was disgustingly filthy. I do have to say if your traveling with a 4legged family member they have a designated area and poop bags and disposal for your pets.

The front desk clerk was friendly and quick to check me in however the heater on high blows no hot air or no air in the room at all! For 75 bucks come on fix your property!!!!! Also no microwave wow for 20 bucks u can buy one! Other then that hot shower, clean and comfy bed!

Everyone is super nice and willing to answer any questions or to accommodate. The room was clean and it felt cozy.

When I was registering a lady was getting loud and talking about fighting the staff over 2 pairs of stolen socks. I told the guy you should make her leave, she seems like trouble and talking about harming your staff. He said we give everyone a chance. At 2am in the morning this same lady starts screaming for hours. Things got physical between the guy she was staying with. The screaming went on for hours. The lady was talking about having her friend come and shoot up the place. The staff called the cops on her but nothing was done until 5am. No sleep for us first night.

Found this sie to be clean and well maintaines, with a friendly, helpful staff. Room layout was not great, but workable.

First of all, I am a disabled person. I got a smoke environment room. It smell like smoke so much. They did not want to change the room. Then they said I could just leave if I didn’t want that room. Then the room did not have no microwave.

The beds were great and the rooms were clean. The ladies handling the office were super nice. Our one nite stay was comfortable.
