We booked the family unit, location is great! restaurant, supermarket and airport are all nearby. Full kitchen amenities, Staffs are very nice!

Overall the motel was very nice. Although it was not convenient when we had to pay more to upgrade to another room, even though when i booked i explained 4 people were staying 2 adults 2 children, where i also put the childrens ages. Not a good experience espcially travelling all the way from Gisborne. I recommend making sure you dont get charged extra when you arrive and be specific when booking. The cleaning lady was amazing thank you for understanding!!

Tolles Zimmer mit zwei riesigen Kingsize Betten. Dusche zu klein und Ablauf nicht an der tiefsten Stelle, sodass Wasser zurückblieb. Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Property in a location that is close enough to the city which is good. Sadly, for the price I paid for the night $230 the room is very dated! Extremely cold with a small heater that didn’t cope well. The front door sticks, so need to push the bottom of door. Bathroom door needs a good paint, furniture pretty old. 1 tiny lounge chair in the lounge. - personally was not impressed for the money paid. Usually stay at one on Linton street which is cheaper, modern and spa pools in room

The manager of the hotel was rude. In the past I had delt with Monty who was good but after staying here 10 plus times in the last 6 months I won't be back.

The room is to close to the road. The room was way over priced. The over pricing and favoring of the speedway people was disappointing given I was staying to be close to my partner in hospital across the road.

For a start it was well priced, and if anything felt more expensive than it was. The rooms were very stylish, the TV brand new, it felt safe and it was quiet, being back from the road.

Great motel, great location (across from hospital main entrance), great price, modern, clean and tidy. I was very surprised at how nice this motel was for the price. I've already recommended it to friends and family and I'll be here again while we visit oncology for the next few weeks.
