Excellent value for money. Very clean.

Stayed 2 nights at$250 a night. The first night was ok the 2nd night the entire complex was kept awake until 3am. ( That's when I put the pillow over my head to sleep. Tried to call manager at 2am, no answer. When I saw the manager the next morning to complain he advised they were not available after 10 pm. He then told us if we had a problem we should have called the police. 😳 Not their job buddy. No electric blankets, only bare basic utensils excluding sharp knives.

Comfy bed and had everything I needed to eat. Called to make booking and said I’m wheelchair bound. Was told facility would be ideal Had to ask for a ramp to get in the room as there seemed to only be 1 along the floor of my room. Was told it was being used so he brought 3rubber mats to try and make one! Super fail so I had to just figure out getting in and out myself. Room was tiny so had to rearrange the furniture to be able to get around. Great room if your physically able and don’t want to stay too long. Only gave it a 3 as they didn’t seem to mind I was there till 10:30am to check out as I was waiting for my ride.

The room was mostly clean, fan in the bathroom was covered in dust and a weird green liquid came out of the shower glass door when we first turned it on. Other than that the room was well made up, clean sheets, carpets vacuumed and kitchen spotless. Couldn't seem to get any hot water in the kitchen sink but not a problem as note of wall said to leave dishes for housekeeping staff to sort out. Personal annoyance was the people next door who insisted on smoking. Perhaps a non-smoking policy is needed for the whole site, not just in the rooms? Overall it was OK, mostly clean, and it fitted our needs.

Arrived 7pm and asked to use laundry and he said it was about to close, Had to ask for milk and he said didn’t have much milk left, in which he finally bought some to our room. Room was tired looking, especially bathroom, wifi slow. Someone’s hairbrush on top of shower. Only good thing was smart tv. Very disappointed.

Felt unsafe there as it had obviously not been cleaned. Though the documentation threatened $300 fine for smoking in the room, there was a half smoked roll your own in the bathroom. Cobwebs and other dirty areas, felt I had to wash my hands after touching anything there.

Room, especially bathroom, looking very run down and in need of refurbishment. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Very friendly welcome, and thorough and thoughtful introduction to local services close by. Quiet and comfortable.

It’s very near to city Centre. Clean and calm. So comfortable.
