巴拿馬城中心希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Panama City Downtown)

È un hotel in stile Hilton, con i comfort adeguati. Colazione buona e con anche prodotti locali e possibilità di aver piatti espressi. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Ottimo anche per riunioni e pranzi di lavoro. La piscina non è una piscina ma una vasca idromassaggio dove possono star sedute 2-3 persone...

The hotel location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are very competitive. The staff were well above average. Actually, they were very responsive, respectful, understanding, and patient with me. My only complaint was that the rooms had no hot water. The hot water temperature was 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I tried very hard to adjust, but I could only endure 3 of a 19-day stay. I had to relocate. The sales professional failed to inform me of the lack of hot water. I guess it was a cultural thing.

The staff were wonderful, very attentive. Great breakfast, clean rooms, good parking. However, the rooms do not have hot water. I had a tour by a sakes agent a week prior to check-in. I was not told about the lack of cold water during the walk through. I complained to no avail. Was intended to stay for 19 days. Only stayed three days as I could not tolerate the cold water.

Hot water takes forever to come one. Also, they nickel and dime you. If you want to have a friend over or anyone not on the room reservation, they will charge you $27 each time even with your friend's ID! Additionally, they put a coffee machine in your room but make you buy your own coffee pods downstairs if you want them.

Este hotel fue una sorpresa. Si buscas hacer negocios y tienes varias reuniones tiene buena ubicación. La habitación es increíble y tiene buena vista.

If smiling faces and good service from the staff is important to you, I highly recommend this property. The restaurant was pretty good! Perfect for American tastes. The restaurant staff was SO friendly. I’ve been in Panama for several weeks and stayed in three other hotels. My experiences were functional, but not at all friendly with check in and out. Thanks for being such a bright light Hilton Garden Inn!
