亞特蘭蒂斯灣飯店- 天堂島(The Cove at Atlantis)

I had high hopes for my stay at “THE COVE especially given its reputation for luxury and convenience Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service from the moment I stepped into the lobby. Check-in took an inordinate amount of time, even though the lobby was not busy. The staff seemed more interested in their personal conversations than assisting guests. When I finally received my room key, I was given no direction or information about the hotel's amenities.

We liked everything but all the kids running around. We booked our stay at the Cove because in the past (and you still advertise this) the Cove was an ALL adult resort, however we noticed kids were all over the property, everywhere. Also, we like to play blackjack at the Atlantis Resort and even that was full of kids. Teenagers were being allowed to play at the tables, and it was obvious they were teenagers being back with money to play by their parents. They obviously didn't know what they were doing and it was affecting the table and everyone playing. If you want to gamble go to Vegas not the Atlantis!!

Beautiful place to visit, beach was beautiful but dont be fouled by the Coves false advertisement of adults only hotel. My husband and I chose The Cove due to being advertised as adults only, and you had to be 16 this is FALSE advertisement. Kids were everywhere in this hotel and at the beach as well. The only place kids were not allowed was the 18 pool which was then just filled with 18 year olds so not really a break if you're looking for and adults only place to stay.

We like the Cove. We have stayed at the Cove at Atlantis twice, once at BahaMar. While both are expensive, BahaMar is the most expensive place we have stayed to date anywhere in the world. Other than having a nicer ****** at BahaMar, the Cove/Atlantis is our preferred property in all other areas. Waterpark and pools are better at Atlantis, food/drinks are expensive but not quite as crazy as BahaMar, Cove rooms are better than Hyatt BahaMar, and tropical feel of Cove/Atlantis is more appealing. At the Cove you feel like you are staying at a tropical resort paradise - our intent for a tropical vacation. At BahaMar, you feel like you are staying at a nice hotel. Positives -Beautiful property -Property feels a bit secluded from the main Atlantis resort towers - but in a good way -- about a 10 to 15 minute walk each day to dining/******/waterpark -Nice pools at Cove and Atlantis as a whole -Blackjack at the pool is fun Negatives -Must make dinner reservations -Property would benefit from new and additional dining options (all are crowded) -Cove has two pools; really like one but the adult one we found to be much too crowded -Expensive...but not as crazy as BahaMar pricing -Could use a refresh in certain places but still a great property

We loved staying at this property - we had the ocean and many pools near by and everything was safe, clean, and much more laid back than other resorts in Atlantis. The only thing that we didnt like was how pricey everything was - but that is all of Atlantis. A can (no bottles) of water was 6.50 - we frequented Starbucks because it was the cheapest way to get breakfast.

Food and drinks are very expensive! We unfortunately had very high winds and torre tial rain. We had a few short breaks in the weather so main the most of the time we had. Transportation through the resort was very convenient.

The location, beach and water are just perfect. The service is up to the Caribbean standards, not the US or Japan. The food is OK, nothing special besides the prices that are about 2-3x of what you're used to pay for at home.
