Food was good,polite staff but rooms need renovation and better cleaning

an overall awesome stay, right in the heart of Protaras

When we arrived it was raining, but the view from our spacious room overlooking the outdoor swimming pool and scenic sea view was breathtaking. The reception team,house keeping, catering and bar,spa and maintenance teams were attentive to all needs, with politeness and nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed in Cyprus, different areas x.3 and to.me this was the sort of hotel where your greeted with a smile, asked if all is well and if not ,its rectified! Overall to me the The Geat Constantinos was everything I desired ,quiet,clean and friendly without the crazy heat, but comfortable to.enjoy the scenic views/ walks.and local bus rides outside.the area. I absolutely recommend this hotel and all it.offers to.us, well.done The Great Constantinos -Protarus.

This hotel is a perfect stay in Cyprus in winter. Food is very good, location excellent, the rooms are big and very clean. Prices are correct and Mr Andreas Tsokkos is very pleasant! Congratulations for them all. The pool and the gym is very good when is bad weather outside.

Personally would not call this 5 star, food was extremely bland and not a big choice. The carpets in the hall way are disgusting, near our door it was coming up and had to be very careful our 2 year old didn’t trip up. It’s an okay hotel. Nowhere near the 5* rating it’s given

I visit the hotel often staying a night or two and it never disappoints. Renovated rooms to higher standards, Marble floor rooms, smart system to open curtains and lights.. The staff are absolutely lovely , always smiling and professional. Big shout out to Diana at reception who goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant.

The location is perfect, however not a 5 star hotel, linens needs changing (torn sheets )furnishings are old and worn, only 1 bathrobe and no slippers in the room, attitude of reception is rude not even a thank you on check out. The spa staff are lovely but they are let down by their surroundings, no lockers to change or robes offered like other 5* hotel spas. The restaurant staff is also friendly.

The hotel was magnificent, the luxurious room we stayed in with its stunning sea view was breathtaking, and the food was delicious. It was a treat to sample authentic Cypriot cuisine, as well as food from different nations. The five-star staff were exceptional and friendly, especially Diana, Andreas and Arpana, nothing was too much trouble for them. Constantious the great beach hotel certainly lives up to its name; from its beautiful decor to its first-class treatment!! The entertainment was fun and everyone got involved in the music quizzes and dancing. Mr Tsokkos was amazing, friendly and extremely down to earth, making me and my daughter feel at home. I can't wait to return to this dream location. Thank you for the unforgettable memories we made, we hope to see you in the near future xx
