巴黎馨樂庭住宿

間房都幾大，有廚房設備和用具，住了四晚都冇免費清潔服務，個洗碗碟機壞左啲水流晒出嚟，個浴缸也是這樣😅，冬天開暖爐冇窗，令整間房好焗好似抖唔到氣咁🥹，最慘係個洗手盤冇熱水，洗面嘅時候真係幾辛苦🥲 服務員態度不錯，有免費咖啡機，記得房間內不會提供牙刷用具和拖鞋，要自己帶，保安不錯

位置超棒但是酒店設施真的..老舊。感覺不干淨，木桌、櫥櫃和地板在我走路時感覺滿是灰塵，發出吱吱聲。廁所很小，不足為奇，但淋浴噴頭甚至不能正常工作，水從頭部向各個方向飛濺，而且浴缸沒有浴簾。不要指望在這個地方有任何洗漱用品，甚至筆和紙。畢竟這不是酒店。除非你願意付錢，否則沒有家政服務。額外的毛巾或床單，自己動手，自己去換。自己倒垃圾，然後去買新的垃圾袋。從字面上看，沒有提供任何服務。我認為，以這個價格也可以很好地入住酒店。

本人和家人入住三人房間，房間空間很大、設備充足、非常整潔和舒適！雖然當晚因窗外的防曬簾被風吹到有撞擊聲和發出很吵耳的聲音使我們不能入睡！於是凌晨2:30左右我致電顧客服務櫃檯，該名職員表示未能即換房，但盡量明天再安排！但是由於聲音太嘈吵始終未夠再入睡，故再致電顧客服務部，該職員馬上來我們的房間檢查並發現窗外的防曬簾的鉄通有損壞，導致當它被風吹到時會發出敲擊聲，於是他幫我哋即時處理好，這樣我哋就可以安靜地睡覺！他表現得很專業，同時亦很有禮貌和十分理解我們不能入睡的慘況！我們非常欣賞及感謝他！

數次住宿該公寓型酒店了。本次被酒店安排到了第8層，房間感覺很大，估計整體面積可以超過26個平方。當然，房間設施也很好，可以烹調簡單飯菜。樓下商業中心有個家樂福超市，貨物充足。周圍在週末，二，四還有農貿市場，生活方便。沿着戈別林大街可以漫步到巴黎市中心。

Great location but very, very poorly maintained rooms and below average guest services. Even upon arrival we were met with disdain and loathing. I'm not sure if this was a cultural thing in Paris but would it hurt to at least attempt a smile... even if briefly. The rooms were a decent size but the amount of black mould and moisture was in all honesty a health hazard. And when this was raised with front of house? Refer back to our reception on arrival for our conclusion. Having stayed in Citadine locations in Munich, London, Sydney and Melbourne we always prefer them as a consistent accomodation offering. This particular option however should stay off your radar. So, guest services, mouldy rooms and tv's that don't work rates this review the lowest option available.

Very good checking. The place is kept clean and fresh . Corridor maybe need a bit a colors ,I found them very sad. We book a suite”couture” appartement,absolutely beautiful and clean ,nothing to say .it is a small reproduction of Dior Avenue montaigne flagship store. I have noted 4 as the next time I will make sure we are not in the courtyard by the entrance as you can heard all the late customers coming back at night very late and it is very annoying as they used their mobile phone. The hotel direction should ban peoples talking or smoke outside in the courtyard after midnight. The hotel appt is very easy to access in a quiet street. Breakfast too expensive,head outside to that lovely bakery on the corner.

Very happy with the experience reception staff was friendly and kind, spoke good English, provided with everything we needed. Keep up this staff. Great location with two metro stations at walking distance, Nationale at 3 mins roughly, Campo Formio around 5 minutes, and Gare D'austerlitz RER a little further about 10 minutes, as well as night buses serving the area after hours, so we could reach anywhere and also quiet but cozy residential area, felt as in living there. An Aldi nearby is also very convenient as well as many restaurants and cafes of all kinds. Spacious room, a little balcony and small yet lovely kitchenette for us to cook, so helpful, and enough amenities such as a iron and board and UK converter plugs, hair dryer, a safe. Clean bathroom. Small minor issues noticed but didn't takeaway from the experience (a glass had a stain of lipstick, someones very small hair in bed, a few dents in the flooring by the kitchen). Cleaning only once a week but it was okay for us staying only 10 days. We did not use the breakfast so cannot comment on it. Of course if one is expecting a 5 star hotel they would not be met with their expectations, but for what it offers, it was a great price/quality ratio and gives you exactly what advertised as an Aparthotel. Better than expected actually. Definitely recommend and would come back.

酒店是要自己打掃的喔，位置和風景設施都好，還有一個小廚房，和洗碗機，自己做飯很方便。衹是這裡是不提供拖鞋的喔要注意。
