巴黎火車東站馬真塔美居飯店(Mercure Paris Gare de l'Est)

I know that hotel rooms in Paris are small, but this was a very small room, still at a high cost. The only table was a small round table, there was one chair, but it barely fit, I ended up sitting at the end of my bed to do work on the table. A positive surprise was that the breakfast was served in the basement with old arches. The breakfast was good except that the coffee machine didn't work. Location was close to Gare de l'est and also walking distance from Gare du Nord.

Relativ kleine und dadurch auch etwas enge Zimmer, aber man will ja wohl dort auch keinen 2-wöchigen Urlaub verbringen. Zimmer zur Straße sind etwas laut, weil das Hotel doch recht Nahe an der Hauptstraße liegt. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen fand ich das Frühstück sehr gut! Sehr schöne Atmosphäre im alten Gewölbekeller und es fehlte an gar nichts. Sogar 1a Nespresso Kaffee.

L'hotel est un peu en retrait du boulevard, situé près des gares et du métro. Le personnel est attentif aux clients La salle de petit déjeuner en sous sol Le petit déjeuner standard pour un Mercure Le personnel du petit déjeuner très réactif pour approvisionner mais brouillon et déballe des cartons en salle. Les chambres de taille convenable La salle d'eau bien organisée La porte de la douche aurait mérité un réglage car fermait mal et les prises USB situées sous le bureau ne fonctionnaient pas. Tout se monétise chez Mercure et en particulier la disponibilité précoce de la chambre Early check in à 50 € Au total un rapport qualité prix correct mais sans plus

My room overlooking the park, was extremely noisy. There is a building site next door and building starts at 7am. And there’s jackhammers during the day. Also, on the road below, was a metal plate, which banged every time a car drove over it (24/7). They should not be charging full price for the rooms affected by this noise. I took it up with the female receptionist who told me there’s construction all around Paris. Her attempt to deflect missed me. When I insisted, she said she would email her manager and send me a reply. 2 weeks later, no response. Clearly no action was taken. They should not be charging full price for these rooms. Very poor customer concern/service by this hotel.

Mi sono trovata molto bene durante il soggiorno. La camera era accogliente e pulita, il personale gentile e disponibile, inoltre l’hotel è molto comodo per quanto riguarda la posizione. La colazione è molto ricca c’è sia cibo dolce che salato. Raccomando assolutamente l’hotel!!

The hotel is centrally located near the metro opposite mc donalds. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with bookings and guidance. Rooms very neat and clean with a kettle. The breakfast gad very food options for vegetarian, breads , Mayo, cucumber etc made for good veg options. Highly recommended
