巴黎凱旋門美居飯店(Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe Etoile)

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un déplacement professionnel de trois jours et deux nuits, et je dois dire que j’ai passé les pires nuits à l’hôtel de ma vie. Entre un bruit sourd qui ressemblait à un volet qui claque et des grincements de chaise dès 5 heures du matin pendant une demi-heure, impossible de trouver le sommeil. J’ai découvert que le bruit provenait d’un livreur pour le Monoprix tout proche. Vu le prix payé, c’était vraiment décevant. On loue une chambre pour dormir et se reposer… à mon avis, la chambre collé à Monoprix ne devrait pas être loué.

We stayed here in July. I really wasn't looking forward to it, based on some of the reviews I had read beforehand. However, we couldn't find anything better in the area and decided that it was only for 1 night so we could live with it. I have to say it really wasn't as bad as I expected! We extended to 3 nights.

Great location close to Arc de Triomphe and with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and the metro close by and an amazing choice of places to eat. As with many hotels in the area the rooms are on the small side but are clean and bright and a view over the street outside. Beds were comfortable and there was a Nespresso machine, kettle, hair dryer and ironing board plus free WiFi. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and now has a number of USB ports as well as mains sockets. The only thing strange is that the toilet is in a different room to the bathroom, which means that you have to go into a different room to wash your hands. Staff were always on hand and helpful. Would happily stay there again.

Phenomenal hotel, great value. Well located with tons of great cafes and restaurants nearby, clean and pretty rooms, great views from room on a high floor. Such good value. Would return in a heartbeat.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, funcionários super receptivos, solicitos e bem humorados. Café da manhã muito gostoso com muitas opções de frutas, bebidas, ovos, pães, queijos, maquinas de café… Acomodação confortável, cama boa, bom banheiro.

Fuimos mi marido y yo tres noches en este hotel, la ubicación es buena a 6 minutos andando del arco de triunfo y cerca de metro y bus, la habitación estaba bien y desayuno fenomenal, la limpieza también perfecto, lo que nos ha dejado un mal sabor de boca fue el trato de recepción, el chico joven asiático no sabe comport****,no saludaba pero tampoco contestaba al saludo nuestro y decias gracias y tampoco contestestaba algo,tenia mala cara todo el tiempo, miraba desde ariba como que era el dueño y nosotros bendigos, por este motivo calificó a este hotel tan bajo, porque sino le daría 5 puntos de 5.

Dire che il servizio sia del manager che della reception è stato raccapricciante. Purtroppo, visto lo sciopero impartito dalla nazione francese, non ci è stato possibile raggiungerla: tutti voli e treni cancellati. Contattando la struttura, non abbiamo voluto chiedere un rimborso, bensì un cambio data (anche a loro scelta) visto che non abbiamo potuto usufruire di nessun servizio. Poiché la struttura ci ha ampiamente negato questa opzione, nonostante il disagio fosse stato creato da loro e non da noi, abbiamo contattato il servizio clienti di Booking, il quale - anch'esso sconcertato dalla situazione- ha provato in modo imperterrito a farli ragionare. Risultato? SPESE DELL'ALLOGGIO TOTALMENTE PERSE. Visiterò Parigi quest'estate ma di certo non nel loro hotel e lo sconsiglierò a tutti.

The Mercure Arc de Triomphe offers mid-range, clean and comfortable accommodation. My room was to the rear of the property and was very quiet. The wifi worked reliably for business use. I probably would not bother again with the breakfast as there are loads of options nearby including a supermarket and bakery. The only other downside was the room was equipped with a shower head at half-height rather than a stand-under unit. The hotel is near the Arc de Triomphe (hence the name) and has nearby Metro connections for the rest of Paris.

L'hotel est bien placé, les chambres très correctes, confortables et plus spacieuses que d'autres hotels de cette catégorie. L'accueil est un peu froid mais la sécurité est au top. Les petites marches de l'entrée ne sont pas très pratiques mais ils ne peuvent rien y faire. La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu "froide" en termes d'ambiance. Les chambres sur cour sont très calmes et les lits vraiment confortables.
