ibis budget 巴黎拉維萊特 19 區飯店(Ibis Budget Paris la Villette 19ème)

Останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи. Отель сверхбюджетный, в номере нет ни чашек, ни ложек, ни чайника. Туалет и душ занимают часть комнаты, под дверью в туалет приличный проём до пола, шириной с ладонь или больше. Кровать, подушка вполне удобные. По расположению отель довольно близко к центру, недалеко несколько станций метро.

We weren't expecting much as this hotel was listed as a budget hotel, and yet despite our low expectations, everything was extremely atrocious. Below I will detail the various horrible experiences we had during our stay. 1. First, and most importantly, room service tried to unlock our luggage when we were away. On the first day of our stay, we found that the number on our luggage locks were different from when we left the room. Cleaning staff tampered with our locks! We changed the passwords immediately. Luckily, our belongings were safe and we escaped relatively unscathed. 2. Staff were extremely impolite and unwelcoming. They were extremely hesitant to give us towels. The receptionist rolled their eyes at us even when we told them repeatedly that they had only given us 1 towel for 3 people! We weren't allowed any extra towels (more than 3) either. 3. The shower door was leaky, causing water to flood our room every time we so much as turned on the shower! Coupled with the fact that they refused to give us extra towels, the floor became a huge slipping hazard. The shower door was also transparent. 4. There is no store room provided for check out. We had to pay 14€ to store our luggage in 2 dingy lockers that barely fit our largest luggage (which is still rather small). The lockers were confusing to use, so we asked for help from hotel staff, but they shrugged and told us they didn't know how to use the machines! The very machines that were in their place of work! Is it not the staff members' job to help customers navigate the ins and outs of the hotel? 5. Bugs! Many tiny, black bugs flying around in the room! 6. The room was incredibly stuffy, even with the air conditioner on. Don't waste your money. You deserve better than this appalling treatment.

Not bad if everywhere else in town is full. Pretty basic, average breakfast, quite expensive for what you get.

I was afraid to get to the hotel in the evening.

Hotel perto de várias estações de metrô e vizinho a um Carrefour o que facilitou muito. O quarto era pequeno, mas a cama era boa e o chuveiro funcionou bem, não possui frigobar no quarto e o aquecedor funcionou bem( fui no fim do outono e estava bastante frio).O café da manhã era bom, com várias opções de pães, croassoant, queijo, ovos, waffles, etc. Os funcionários educados e o check out era super prático. O hotel é novo e possui vários elevadores o que facilitou a locomoção no hotel.

Séjour d’une nuit à 2 en transition vers un appartement. J’ai été surprise de la taille de la chambre qui pour Paris est conséquente, cette la dalle de bain est dans la chambre (sans séparation) il vaut mieux le savoir selon avec qui vous voyagez, mais la chambre est agréable. Nous étions au 7eme c’était donc très calme. Nous avons eu un souci de carte pour ouvrir la chambre le soir en rentrant, nous avons dû descendre 3 fois, avant de trouver que le problème venait de la porte, rien de grave en soi et cela a été vite réparé par un monsieur très agréable. L’accueil s’est fait de manière très fluide, le personnel est accueillant et souriant, il y a quelqu’un à l’accueil 24/24

Apesar de estar um pouco distante do centro turístico, o hotel fica em uma região agradável e com muitos bares e restaurantes. Sobre o quarto, o chuveiro era muito ruim, quase não saia água. Também não tinha secador de cabelos e o lavabo era separado do banho, sem trava de qualquer tipo. O café da manhã não era bom, se repetindo todos os dias em que estivemos hospedados. Também não havia ovos mexidos, apenas cozidos e gelados. O staff da recepção era gentil, mas a equipe do café da manhã era um pouco rude em alguns momentos. Pontualmente as 10h eles retiravam toda a comida e você deveria levar sua bandeja obrigatoriamente para um local determinado. Em um dia que descemos próximos do fim do horário, fomos alertados de que deveríamos terminar de comer logo pois eles precisavam higienizar as mesas e mesmo enquanto comíamos, a senhora da limpeza passou o aspirador de pó no local em que estávamos gerando um alto ruído e incômodo. Apesar de ser um hotel ok para o padrão de Paris, não voltaria a me hospedar nele no futuro.
