I checked in and the receptionist was rude, the elevator was not working, once I walked up the four flights with two bags as my suitcase had to stay in the lobby until someone could fix the elevator. Once in my room, i noticed multiple stains on the bed sheet, once i flipped it over I noticed more stains. They tried to change my room, but it was dirty yet again. The receptionist actual gave me a tiny sheet and advised me to use it to sleep between the dirty ones. After this I am still fighting to get my money back because of course I could not stay there.
