This property was clean and spacious, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the people next door talking and the people above walking (we were on the ground floor) any noise outside was clearly heard so at a certain time in the morning you will be woken up. The facilities were great, the beds were not the most comfortable, you sink into the mattress and the pillows were flat but when I requested another pillow the lovely Spanish lady was very friendly and helpful and delivered straight to my room. The room was equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine which was all brilliant. There wasn't an iron in the room but I called reception and one was delivered straight away. The location was great and the lovely staff really made up for the noise of the room. It's a shame it was noisy and the beds were more comfortable or I would have given it a perfect rating.

An excellent stay! I greatly appreciated the convenient lcoation, outstanding customer service from Sam at the front desk, easy process to check in, quiet location, clean room and property, and overall provides all of the basic necessities at an affordable rate especially when booking last minute. The pool was open, clean, and not busy at all. The pool is on the smaller side and there is not much seating available around the pool but it wasnt an issue for us as we were a small party of 3. I was able to swim privately with my son during our stay with no other guests around and rarely saw/heard other guests on the property during our stay. Theres plenty of local restaurants, shopping, and places of interest to visit in the nearby surrounding area. I would absolutely recommend the Hyland Inn Pasadena and would return for another stay in the future.

I recently stayed at this place, and I must say it's a fantastic choice if you're looking for value for your money. The room I had was freshly renovated, which meant everything was brand new, spotlessly clean, and simply great. One of the things I appreciated the most was the room amenities. It came with a fridge, a microwave, and a well-equipped working desk, which made my stay even more convenient and comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option without compromising on quality, this place should be at the top of your list.

This property had a great service- the front desk staff waited for my arrival after 2am and I had no trouble checking in. Room was clean. But coffee maker had used coffee bags in water container. Easy to be missed- minor issue. Safe, quiet place to stay.
