When we arrived after a long day of travel, we were told the key card machine did not work & staff had to walk us to our room. Which was fine given their circumstances; however, it didn’t feel the safest. To our surprise, after booking and paying for a king room, we were brought to a room with two full beds for my wife and I. Being it was 1am at this point, we were exhausted and didn’t say anything to the poor guy working since he seemed so frazzled. Upon checking out the following day, the young girl said, “You’re all set,” and since she did not ask about our stay, I said, “For the record, I was a little disappointed about the room we received since I paid for a king bed” the girl worker was not apologetic and was quite frankly rude. Didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience, or can I offer anything for compensation? Nothing. My wife and I were planning to spend some time in the lobby for breakfast and coffee, but after that interaction, we no longer felt welcome and left immediately to stand outside and wait for an Uber. Overall, I was pretty disappointed in my stay and will not be booking at this location again.
