Accueil chaleureux au desk. Le plancher de notre chambre était sale à notre arrivée, boule de cheveux ,nourriture,et boule de poussière qui roule au sol. Photos que nous avons montré.Le reste de la chambre semblait propre. Quand nous avons avisé la réception, la dame a effectué le changement de chambre sans aucune obstination. Une chose que je ne savais que je n’avait pas vue dans la description (le fait d’avoir le droit de chien â hôtel )

Such a cute quaint location, it had everything we needed and more! The receptionist that checked us in was such a doll, she was great. They had a pool table which was pretty cool, we enjoyed a quite bite for breakfast before we were shuttled to the airport. Providing transportation to the airport was a nice perk. We definitely recommend this hotel and location to any who need a comfortable place to stay.

I understand limited housekeeping and not changng towels or sheets. With that being said we were there for 4 night's and our garbages were not taken out and towels left on the floor were not changed for new ones as instructed. Just looked like no one stepped foot in our room during our entire stay. Also whe we checked in the system was down. We were let in our room and therewas a card expiration sate problem. Instead of waiting until morning i had to go downstairs at 1 am and get my room keys and fix the error. Juat not a great overall experience.

We've been staying at this hotel since it first opened, we've always enjoyed our stays there. This time we found the Mattress was worn to the point of severe discomfort. While we fully understand mattress replacement is an expensive undertaking, the comfort of a good nights sleep is paramount to an enjoyable vacation. Not to put too fine a point on this but it doesn't go unnoticed the rates have not dropped at the same rate as the condition of the Hotel. There was also a significant "shudder" in Elevator #2 There was also some wall paper peeling in the restroom.

Rooms are sp**** and not conducive for a stay more than one night. Six Hangers--no closet. No dresser. Light next to bed was not working. Told they would make note of it but that it probably would not be addressed during our stay (four nights). Asked for room to be serviced. Needed to bring wet towels to front desk each day except our last night and ask for clean sets. Dates listed for stay are incorrect. Stayed the 12th through the 15th.

When we arrived after a long day of travel, we were told the key card machine did not work & staff had to walk us to our room. Which was fine given their circumstances; however, it didn’t feel the safest. To our surprise, after booking and paying for a king room, we were brought to a room with two full beds for my wife and I. Being it was 1am at this point, we were exhausted and didn’t say anything to the poor guy working since he seemed so frazzled. Upon checking out the following day, the young girl said, “You’re all set,” and since she did not ask about our stay, I said, “For the record, I was a little disappointed about the room we received since I paid for a king bed” the girl worker was not apologetic and was quite frankly rude. Didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience, or can I offer anything for compensation? Nothing. My wife and I were planning to spend some time in the lobby for breakfast and coffee, but after that interaction, we no longer felt welcome and left immediately to stand outside and wait for an Uber. Overall, I was pretty disappointed in my stay and will not be booking at this location again.

Check in staff were very friendly. She was very helpful with directions and information about the area. The room was very clean. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast items were refreshed. We enjoyed the hot items for the days we stayed. The hot beverage station was available 24 hours, which was awesome!

We had a very disappointing and inconvenient check in. We were supposed to have a 3pm check in and didn't get into our room until after 3:45. We have two small children and had to leave for a wedding at 3:50/55pm to get there on time. We waited in the lobby for an hour as they said the room wasn't ready... they couldn't locate the status of the cleaning person in charge to check... on and on. We saw cleaning people taking smoke breaks out back. The front staff didn't seem to be working hard to get us in and it was really frustrating. We had to use the hotel lobby bathroom to get ourselves changed and ready for a family wedding, again, with two small children. We asked for some compensation but they said they couldn't do anything as we paid through a third party.
