Un lugar espectacular de una belleza increíble una atención perfecta. Pasamos una noche inolvidable. Las instalaciones impresionante, bellas confortables impecable todo los felicito un trabajo de equipo excelente. Cien por ciento recomendado para celebrar sus momentos más importantes.

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Que comida más mala. Sin sabor, sin temperatura. Ni se les ocurra pedir el postre de Nutella, la paella de chicharrón ni el morrillo en salsa de tamarimdo. El servicio muy bueno y el hotel muy lindo, pero en realidad vonimos a comer.

Sólo no guste del ruido, la música muy alta, mucha máquina de cortar pasto, mucha construcción cerca...ruido.

There was no hot water for multiple days. The spa was very poor. Outside massage with construction equipment running - stressful. Service took a long time in the only restaurant. I won’t go back.

It was our anniversary and it was better than expected. From the moment you arrive it is a wow factor.
The service was at 150% at all times from everyone.
The Food was amazing and the juices where freshly made as you order them.
The rooms are perfect and it even had a special area outside your room.
Do I recommend it???? It is the only place I would stay from now on when in Pereira.
The Best!!!!!!

We went to the spa and it was amazing. They have an infinity pool on one level and a jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath on the lower level. We had the spa program called Restore spa. It had the sauna, turkish bath , jacuzzi as well as the whole body massage, exfoliation, facial hydration. There’s also dinner and the food was superb.
