珀斯山林小屋(The Lodge at Perth Racecourse)

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas abseits von Perth, ist aber sehr modern und bietet kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Mitarbeiter sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Doppelzimmer war geräumig und sauber. Leider funktionierte der TV nicht. Auch der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnte hier nicht weiterhelfen. Er bot uns einen Zimmerwechsel an welchen wir jedoch ablehnten. Er war aber sehr freundlich und bemüht. In der Dusche gibt es keine Handbrause nur einen fest an der Decke montierten Duschkopf. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, würde ich durchaus wieder buchen.

Hotel an sich schön, Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr nett. Zimmer auch ok. Leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir das "Bitte Service"Schild an die Tür gehängt hatten. Frühstück war auch eher enttäuschend und lieblos, Teller und Tassen teilweise noch dreckig.

Can't speak for the Hotel; but we wanted to go to the restaurant for an evening meal, from the campsite next door. Tried looking on the website for a menu; but as there wasn't one, we were directed to phone the hotel. We got through to a lovely lady (receptionist?) who informed us that "they were having some problems with the kitchen; and at the moment, didn't have a chef"!! What??? Needless to say, we made other arrangements for dining. It's maybe worth pointing out, from a business point of view (I used to be a hotelier), that ajacent to the hotel, is a road-building site, with their own campsite, and potentially 50 to 60 hungry/thirsty men to feed and water ... and the hotel hasn't got a chef???

Das Personal bestand aus einem jungen Mann. Die Rezeption war praktisch nie besetzt. Das Frühstück würde erst gerichtet, nachdem wir den Frühstücksraum betreten haben. Es bestand aus einer Sorte Wurst und Käse. Nachdem Wurst und Käse gegessen war, wurde nichts neues hingestellt. Auf mehrmalige Aufforderung durch andere Gäste wurde weder frischer Kaffee, Wurst, Käse oder Marmelade hin gestellt. Daher meine schlechte Bewertung

First time visit had booked for 3 nights got booked in went to room it was freezind so put on heater on but it was not working. Went to receoption the young girl said she would phone some one. Went back to room waited for another hour or so this time she said she sent a message but no one had replied. We ended up freezing all night. Had breakfast next morning and the lady said we should have been moved to another room. We was never offered this . We only stayed one night it was aweful.

The food we received, after waiting 50 minutes for sandwiches and soup was cold, tasteless and below average. The service was shocking and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Had to send my steak sandwich back to the kitchen as it was cold after a 50 minute wait and there was no apology for this. Would not recommend we were the only table of 7 people in the whole place

We booked a meal for Sun 11h Sept as we were staying at campsite at scone, next to it, arrived on sun to be told it was cancelled, offered take away, Totally unacceptable they knew there was an event on Mon, beggars belief especially as no prior warning

Nette kamers en goed ontbijt. Kamers zijn niet groot maar wel schoon. Scottish breakfast is aan te raden. Net en altijd vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Tijdens ontbijt kun je aangeven hoe je het ontbijt of je eitje wil hebben. Ze doen echt hun best.

Personnel très sympathique mais hôtel avec beaucoup de bricolage à prévoir... Assez bruyant avec livraison pour les chevaux à côté ...
