We have been commuting to Perth from the South West for appointments since moving from Fremantle so know our way around and what is good value in the area and the Pagoda in Como ticks all the boxes for us. The resort is tastfully decorated in oriental style with big well equipped and clean rooms. Although close to the freeway it is very quite due to double grazed windows. The resort is well equipped with a bar and restaurant as well as an outdoor pool and a gym. Highly recommended from me!

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but this place just doesn’t deserve a great rating. The location is good and the rooms a big. I did get an upgrade to a suite, but everything is very dated. On my window, they had masking tape which I suspect was to avoid wind whistling through. That’s not a really great look though. Check in was a disaster. Admittedly it was Friday evening and there was a lot of people arriving for the weekend, but clearly they weren’t planning their staff needs properly and it was ridiculous. Not only that, but their EFTPOS machine was not working so you had to fill-in a paper sheet. I get technology goes down, but honestly that was just bad. To be fair I was not feeling well when I arrived, so the whole thing just seemed a lot worse than it probably was and the staff were actually quite nice, despite the fact that they were clueless. I had sent a message to the hotel prior to arriving with a couple of specific requests, which they did the absolute opposite of which just made me laugh. They weren’t a big deal, but it’s the little things that count, especially when you’re a diamond member of their loyalty program. I think the place just needs a freshen up and the staff need to get plugged in. I wasn’t actually going to even write a review, but what pushed me over the edge was when I turned on the shower and watched a whole pile of hair swirling around in the bottom of the shower stall.

住了兩晚，間短説一下 ， 買回來的包包被清潔工人偷走了， 酒店管理卻推説是垃圾幫我丟了。極度不負責任的酒店。 I recently had a disappointing experience at Hyatt Regency Perth that I wanted to share with you all. During my stay, I lost some of my belongings in the room after the housekeeping service. To make things worse, I discovered that the cleaner had opened my shopping bag and box without my permission and threw them away after finding them empty. This was a clear violation of my privacy, and I was extremely upset by it. To add to my disappointment, the hotel management and staff did not provide any initiative solutions to rectify the situation. Furthermore, I did not receive any apology from the beginning of the incident until I left, and it was clear that the hotel management did not show any responsibility or care towards me as a customer. They kept dragging their feet and did not provide an official investigation into the matter. As travelers, we rely on hotels to provide a safe and secure environment for us, but this experience made me feel like my belongings and privacy were not respected. I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure that situations like this do not happen again in the future. 河景房，遠遠能看到city，酒店是新裝修，看得出房間設計比較考究，用料都很好，厚重的門，銅質外觀的五金件，日式的茶具餐具，房間雖然不算大但是配備了置物架，空間反而顯得很充裕，服務生和前台都友好貼心，總體不錯，在perth算性價比極高了。 槽點：水槽太小，洗臉要湊在龍頭邊上；走廊是開放式設計，有一晚風特別大，整夜呼呼吹着房門難以入睡；早餐選擇不多而且食物品質有待提高。

We are a family of 8 adults and 2 kids, so booked 4 rooms over 5 nights on our recent trip to Perth. All of us enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot within the Perth CBD. It's about a 10-15 mins walk to the key sights and shopping in the city. Rooms are clean and service staff are very friendly and helpful.
