good location

We chose this hotel because it had a pool, the room was comfortable and it was close to the airport. We didn't stay the whole night but left for the airport during the night. The check in was quite friendly. However when I went back to ask about a pool towel, there were none and the chat was a little icy like they resented me asking. The gate in the walkway leading to the pool was quite dusty and needed a goog clean. The previous week we had stayed at a hotel down the road which was much better by comparison. Overall an OK place to use like we did as a stopover.

The cleanliness was disgraceful- cutlery and crockery required washing before use as old food/drink were on most dishes. There was dust/dirt/ grime on most services. The bedding and towels were physically dirty. I would not opt to stay here again 😕

I was searching for a room in February but the search engine (Wotif) took me to March. Due to February having 28 days the date/day all matched and I booked the room. You can imagine my surprise when I showed up in February to find that I didn't have a room. Reception staff told me I was booked for March. Luckily I was able to get a room at another hotel. However, Asot apartments would neither allow me to change the date of my booking, (I'm a regular traveler to Perth) nor give me a refund. Extremely disappointed. I will never stay or recommend them again.

Check in out of hours is poor. I was not given a wi-fi code and information and help was limited. Sheets stained and floor dirty. Would not recommend.

The room was full of cockroaches. Hundreds of them were crawling on the wall on the kichen bench in the bathroom. Everywhere

游泳池很棒。 別墅樓上沒有空調，導致一個非常炎熱的夜晚。樓下的空調效果很好，但對樓上的溫度沒有影響。夏天不推薦別墅。

Booked this accommodation for ease of accessibility and the images of the room looked okay Upon arrival, our room had a bad smell (like the carpet had been damp) and the aircon did not work properly as it seemed like it had not been serviced in a long time. The room was indisrepair, cracks in the walls and the like. Cleaning staff were excellent and responsive. Front end staff left a lot to be desired. The highlight of this accommodation was thr pool area, despite the pool not being cleaned with lots of leaf litter in it.
