帝王皇冠旅舍(The Emperor's Crown Hostel)

就個人而言，珀斯最好的住宿地點！！！ 我很擔心，因為我可以在晚上 11 點左右入住，但多虧了 24 小時前台工作人員，我才能安全地度過第一晚！有韓國人的工作人員特別好，所以英語沒有負擔！ 設施很乾淨，最重要的是，我們在大廳裡一邊看電視一邊喝咖啡，氣氛真的很好。因為是6人間，所以認識了來自德國、法國、墨西哥、愛爾蘭等更多不同國家的朋友！

Normally I never write reviews, so this will be my first one but I’m doing it to hopefully save you guys a disgusting, afwul horror hostel. Yesterday we arrived late and there was no one at the reception, although they said there would be someone waiting. After 10 minutes some guy came from an alley and asked if he could smoke his cigarette first before helping us. Not verry friendly en guest friendly if you ask me.. Later he tried to let us pay twice, because we already paid with creditcard in advantage but he tried to let us pay again. After this, the hell was about to begin. We got our keys and were searching for our room for 10 minutes, because we didn’t get the right instructions. When we opened our door there were like 3 cockroaches on the walls, weird feathers of birds spread around the room randomly and everything else was so afwull. The halls smelled like piss and sweat, i literally almost throwd up. When I went to the bathroom to get toilet paper to remove the cockroaches in our room there were like 5 cockroaches in the bathroom as well. It was so disgusting…. We checked out first thing in the morning and when we told the guy at the reception about the cockroaches he just said: “Ah yeah, welcome in Perth, they are just everywhere. And it’s also ‘the season’(?!)” I’ve been in a lot of hostels in Australia and Asia as well, and this was by far the most disgusting one ever! Don’t go here!

I had to do full on cleaning how filthy dirty it was the room. Than I was moved to other room and when I ask ONLY to floor to be vacuumed , Manager ask me to clean it myself! Kitchen has no utilities, plates and the pots were sooo dirty that you couldn't use it. People smoked in the rooms , alcohol bottles everywhere in common area , bathrooms were not clean for days ... If there was a ZERO I would rate it as such.

I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience at this hostel. The presence of cockroaches is unacceptable and constitutes a major hygiene issue. Additionally, the lack of communication upon your departure is inexcusable. It's crucial for guests to be informed of any disruptive situation. I highly recommend reporting this to the relevant authorities and opting for better-maintained establishments for your future travels.

I stayed at this hostel for over a week with a friend and I have to admit it’s a very nice hostel, big kitchen fully furnished, the rooms are nice and staff are extremely friendly. Shout out to Johnny, very professional and accommodating! 🙏🏻 I would stay here again!

Awesome place, great front desk person who was awesome and friendly and provided excellent service. Place was clean and well kept. We left feeling happy and will most definitely stay again Thank you for the most wholesome experience

Ostello superiore alla media per pulizia, spazi e conviviality. Possibilità di prenotare stanze con bagno privato, frigo e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno medio lungo. Cucina comune pulita, lo staff è sempre presente nel riordino ed è sempre disponibile.
