酒店外面有很多街道停車位。房間舒適,牀也超級舒服。乾淨衛生,新。會回來再次入住,因爲價格也合理。

We are a family of 8 adults and 2 kids, so booked 4 rooms over 5 nights on our recent trip to Perth. All of us enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot within the Perth CBD. It's about a 10-15 mins walk to the key sights and shopping in the city. Rooms are clean and service staff are very friendly and helpful.

設施比holiday inn好很多，很新，露天泳池竟然還是恆溫的。就是位置有點偏，到了晚上附近奇怪的人不要太多，走在路上都要捂緊背包，不過附近中餐選擇比較多。agent鬧了個大烏龍，沒按照預定的名字給酒店，而且填錯了姓氏，耽誤了不少時間，不過酒店態度很好，還補償了小零食。

我們結婚紀念日的特殊場合,希爾頓帕梅利亞的工作人員照顧得很好,看到長期的工作人員和新的見面總是很高興。雖然鑽石HH,我們被升級爲一個美麗的國王客廳的週末,在我們的房間裏有一個驚人的早餐,我們總是發現行政酒廊是一個放鬆的地方,提供的食物往往多種多樣。我們喜歡Samuels餐廳和酒吧美食菜單,但我確實錯過了新冠前幾天的凱撒沙拉。它曾經是最好的。我們住在其他珀斯酒店,包括DT,但帕米莉亞仍然爲我們脫穎而出。謝謝你讓週末變得如此特別。

入住洲際過生日,酒店提供免費一瓶酒,很不錯。房間對於支付的價格來說很小,考慮到酒店比較新,感覺有點陳舊。我們爲俱樂部休息室的訪問支付了額外的費用,希望我們沒有。它必須是我去過的最糟糕的休息室之一。它非常陳舊,沒有氣氛,除了感覺不育。食物供應非常差。晚上的canapes看起來像他們已經坐了幾個小時,質量很差。早餐甚至更不胃口。這是乾熱食物和冷食物的組合,已經坐了太久,大部分是不能食用的。休息室服務足夠,但肯定沒什麼特別的,不是五星級。退房時,有人問我的住宿情況如何,說這是足夠的,但僅此而已。結賬助理只是感謝我入住。我回復了酒店的通用電子郵件,以尋求反饋,但沒有收到回覆,這就引出了他們對客人反饋給予多少關注和考慮的問題。由於珀斯CBD現在有這麼多酒店,洲際需要提高遊戲來吸引回頭客。

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

住了兩晚，間短説一下 ， 買回來的包包被清潔工人偷走了， 酒店管理卻推説是垃圾幫我丟了。極度不負責任的酒店。 I recently had a disappointing experience at Hyatt Regency Perth that I wanted to share with you all. During my stay, I lost some of my belongings in the room after the housekeeping service. To make things worse, I discovered that the cleaner had opened my shopping bag and box without my permission and threw them away after finding them empty. This was a clear violation of my privacy, and I was extremely upset by it. To add to my disappointment, the hotel management and staff did not provide any initiative solutions to rectify the situation. Furthermore, I did not receive any apology from the beginning of the incident until I left, and it was clear that the hotel management did not show any responsibility or care towards me as a customer. They kept dragging their feet and did not provide an official investigation into the matter. As travelers, we rely on hotels to provide a safe and secure environment for us, but this experience made me feel like my belongings and privacy were not respected. I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure that situations like this do not happen again in the future. It is what it always is with Ibis and Ibis Styles. Modern, immaculately clean, perfectly formed but very, very tiny rooms. This one does the job, but golly gosh, it’s pricey. Well located at East End of CBD, near the WACA and Optus Stadium. Easy to get to and from the airport.

河景房，遠遠能看到city，酒店是新裝修，看得出房間設計比較考究，用料都很好，厚重的門，銅質外觀的五金件，日式的茶具餐具，房間雖然不算大但是配備了置物架，空間反而顯得很充裕，服務生和前台都友好貼心，總體不錯，在perth算性價比極高了。 槽點：水槽太小，洗臉要湊在龍頭邊上；走廊是開放式設計，有一晚風特別大，整夜呼呼吹着房門難以入睡；早餐選擇不多而且食物品質有待提高。
