佩斯卡拉城景旅館(City View Pescara B&B)

Wij waren zonder auto en dan ligt deze B&B erg ver uit het centrum. Je komt er via een steil oplopende weg! Er was maar een buslijn die kant op. Felisia was erg vriendelijk maar een B &B die gedeeld wordt met de bewoners is niet ons ding. De airco deed het niet best. De fan deed niets en de kamer was benauwd. De badkamer was in de hal en is aan modernisering toe. Kleine douchecabine. Geen glazen om tanden te kunnen poetsen. Het rook wat vreemd op de badkamer. Ontbijt redelijk. Jammer dat we geen koffie op de kamer hadden. Er lagen wel theezakjes. Balcon was ruim maar aan erg lawaaierige weg. Kortom lieve mensen maar alleen interessant indien in bezit van auto.

La struttura è un po’ particolare noi eravamo al terzo piano senza scale quindi con due bambino parecchio scomodo. Camere pulite bagno pulito

Air conditioning had some issues and to have the view you needed to be in one small corner of the balcony. Otherwise it had many good features especially the host.

The owners are great people, who do every thing for their guests. The beds are great, good douches, nice balcon to sit. The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ? Take bus4 or 4/ from the trainstation. Cost only € 1,50. The B&B hasa more classic interior decoration but its cosy. Nice place for a short stay 2- 5 days.

We stayed 4 nights at this B&B. Great hospitality by the owners. Assited us with every request. Great job! The B&B rooms are at the second and third floor. No elevator, so you need to be in good shape. Interior decoration is classic, but comfortable beds and good showers. Breakfast, Italian Style, is served at the ground floor. Free wifi and private parking on the grounds of the B&B. There is some traffic noise by people violating the 30 km limit. You can walk down hill in 15 minutes to the beach. Coming back: take bus 4or 4/ from the busstation in front of railwaystation. Resumé: Rooms, beds,shower good. Breakfast extensive but Italian Style ( sweet), decent neighbourhood, Not an B&B when you have walking or climbing problems. Super Hosts !! They stored our luggage for 2 days when we went to Rome. The real place for people with car or enterprising couples that want to avoid crowded places

Good location near the main street but located on quite an incline.

Felisia and her husband are lovely people and seem to do anything to help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room was a good size and clean. We had to come back early and I was told I needed to physically print my boarding passes instead of being able to use them on my phone, I messaged felisia to ask if she could print them for me and she did which was very kind of her. If I messaged her about anything she gave a very quick reply and tried her very best to help. The private bathroom was directly opposite the room and was spacious and clean.

Friendly and accommodating host. But very basic facilities and uninteresting help-yourself-breakfast. Maybe some rooms have a view, we did not. The place is far away from everything - 20 minutes walk to the beach and 1 hour to the city center / harbour area.
