The bed linen is dirty and stained, the pillowcases are pilling and unpleasant to the touch, the towels are stained, the water in the pool is cloudy, there is a lot of garbage on the beach in front of the hotel, no one cleans it. The staff does not know English and does not communicate through a translator, immediately calls the staff who knows English, you have to talk on speakerphone, the connection is interrupted and it is very hard to hear. It is very unpleasant that the hotel is so dirty and the staff is timid. I did not like this hotel.
